Too difficult to prove identity credentials. Can’t really figure out why more than a credit card is needed. This was a huge hassle. There was a kitchen but only 3 forks! Two bowls and one wine glass. That’s just crazy.

I would come again. Beautiful scenery and the place was amazing with ocean view. We all enjoyed our time here. My granddaughters from Alaska were here with grandma and it was a great time and treasured memory!!

Good but very dated

Everything worked except for the shower pressure. Very dated. No new furnishing since circa 1990. Good basic lodging but not worth the rate.

Snowy Weekend

this was the first time we saw it snow on the coast and watch the beach turn white. it was beautiful! the property was clean, well maintained, and was comfortable. We had no need to contact management about anything! Thank you for a beautiful stay!

Best Location Ever!

Beds were comfortable and condo had a stunning a view. Check in was difficult because I was sent the wrong code. Thankfully, someone answered the phone after 4:00 P.M and gave me the correct #. I didn’t realize it's on the 3rd floor- no elevator.

Totally okay place to stay

The room was fine and the bed was actually pretty comfortable. Way better pillows than you usually get at a hotel. The room is old and kinda gross. Really needs a cheap version of a remodel. The cable didn’t work but I brought my PS5 so I just used that for entertainment so the cable didn’t really matter. All in all, not horrible for one person for a getaway weekend. Wouldn’t be great for a couple or family.

Properties heater controls did not work properly. So it’s hard to be comfortable. One single remote

No ironing board. Kitchen sink faucet did not work very well. Was highly disappointed in the quality of the condo. Window latches did not work properly also.

There were defiantly some issues. Heat did not work and the heaters that were brought to us continued to kick the breakers. There is a tile between the kitchen and living room that is loose and cracked and needs to be addressed. The family next to us was like a herd of elephants and left the hallway a mess and were very disruptive. Also we just had your next tenant walk in while we were getting ready !!!! Besides this the place was ok for the price.

Cleanliness

We enjoyed the room especially for the price. The only thing we didn’t like was how yucky and sticky the carpet was. It looked like someone had a party and dumped stuff all over the carpet. We had to wear shoes the whole time. And the nightstands by the bed had sticky circles from spilt drinks that didn’t get cleaned up. And tons of dust. The view is AMAZING. Everything else was great!

Nice ocean view and beach access

The space was nice with 2 bathrooms and a kitchen. However it all seemed very run down and dirty. Needs new carpet and a deep cleaning.

Good location, few things could have been better

Older place but lovely location and views. Disappointed that we were unable to use hot tub or pool - must reserve ahead, nothing was in emails about that, and when we arrived, no reservations were left. Relatively clean, but mold in tub kept it from 5 stars.

Location + Price = Grace for Problems

Hello, we enjoyed our stay at the beach this week, but would have enjoyed it more if some things were not the way they were. My hope was, as a repeat customer, that contacting the management company that it will make the place better to stay at, in the future, but as of 2 weeks later I didn’t get an acknowledgement from them. Issues: KITCHEN •The tile floor was greasy slick when we arrived and I almost fell in the kitchen. •The rubber on the fridge was sticky too. We had to really tug to get it unstuck. It smelled bad. A box of baking soda would be good in there. •The microwave vent has greasy dirt on it. • The toaster over (the only oven) is just nasty and we didn’t use it because of that. LIVING/FRONT ROOM • The table top is really badly stained and damaged. It really makes it feel yucky to eat there. •There was an old brown spill on the carpet that looks like coffee that was never cleaned up. •The bottom of the right window screen was split/cut. •The heater thermostat is not working correctly. Pretty much it is on or it is off. Cook or freeze.

The no wifi scorcher

We got to the condo and it was freezing. We set the thermostat to 70 and it felt like 90. We were dying of heat and didn't sleep the best the first night as we roasted even after turning it off. We also couldn't facetime our kids while on our girl's trip because all 5 devices that we brought couldn't link up to the wifi. First, they couldn't find it so we typed it in. Second, thing we did was trying to add the password that was provided, but the devices needed one more character to even give a submission option. Last thing we tried was to call the reservations desk (7:30pm) and they were no help. They didn't know what was wrong so we didn't have internet the first night. However, they assured me that someone would contact me the next day. They didn't contact me the next day so we got back to the condo to still no internet. We checked out the next day. When I got home I called to try and get compensation, but they are only available from m to f. So pretty much reservations only. No time to help people actually checking in on the weekend or in the evenings. By the way check in is at 4 which only gives a short window before they close up for the night. Why? So unprofessional.
