Blue Moon is a beautiful home, very well-equipped for anything a guest could want. Super comfy beds and pillows, amazing kitchen, spectacular views from nearly every room. The solidly fenced backyard was a big plus for us with our dog. The hosts, Vivian and Jay, were great to talk to with quick responses to questions and making us feel so welcome. We can’t wait to go back!

From start to finish this has been a wonderful experience! We loved arriving to a beautiful home with incredible views of the Pacific Ocean. The kitchen was stocked with most everything we needed to make our meals. The fridge was perfect with filtered water (didn’t need to buy bottled water!) and the electric fireplaces were super warm and inviting. Our beds (we only used 3) were all comfortable and big. Kinda rare to have so many King beds in a rental! The bathrooms had heated floors and felt spa like! They have more than enough books, puzzles and games to keep anyone busy for a long weekend. We would highly recommend this home to anyone. Our hosts were attentive - kind - and welcoming! We felt very special and very spoiled!!

We had a wonderful family vacation and the house is beautiful! We each had our own space as there are 5 bedrooms plus a loft area. It overlooks the ocean and you couldn’t ask for a better spot. It was a little walk to the beach access. The house is very comfortable. Jay was so helpful with a couple questions I had on arrival. He’s very prompt with getting back to you.

The house was really wonderful. There was a large group of us taking a relaxing “girls trip” away to the coast. It was clean, easy to communicate, and just what we needed. Not only were the views STUNNING, it was right where we needed in the middle of everything we wanted to be around.

We stayed at this vacation rental in September 2025 and had a wonderful experience overall. The owners were very responsive from the moment we booked in October 2024, which made the planning process smooth and reassuring.The location is great—just a short 3-minute walk to the beach, and conveniently close to shopping, restaurants, and other beach destinations ideal for hiking and kayaking. The house itself offers stunning ocean views and had plenty of space for our group of 11 friends during our annual beach getaway.Bedrooms were clean and comfortable, and the bathrooms were spacious enough to accommodate a large group without any issues. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, which added to the relaxing atmosphere.One small note: the furniture and bedding were slightly different from what was shown in the VRBO listing, but it didn’t detract significantly from our stay.Overall, a great spot for a beach vacation with friends. Would definitely consider returning!

This was a wonderful house! It has plenty of space, two bedrooms on the ground floor (which was important for us), and an incredible view out to the ocean.The hosts were amenable and very communicative. The check-in was easy and clear and the check out was simple.The neighborhood was great and quiet. The house is a couple hundred meters away from beach access in each direction. The back area (towards the beach) was completely fenced in and felt very safe. The neighbors had a view into the yard from their second story porch, but it never felt intrusive. Two of the bedrooms had porches that viewed the ocean, and that was very enjoyable.The kitchen was open and large enough to accommodate a few people at a time. There were a few utensils that I wish were there (tea kettle, whisk, and griddle), but we made due. There was an extra refrigerator/freezer in the garage where we stored a bag of ice for our cooler.The beds were OK. I'm a larger man (250lb), and the mattress squeaked whenever I moved. The pillows and bedding were comfortable.There were two gas fireplaces, which was nice in the mornings, and the house has central air, which we didn't need due to the mild weather.Lincoln City is quite busy, and it takes awhile to get around simply due to traffic on the 101, but the beaches are wide and open. There are plenty of places to eat, shop, wander, and enjoy.Overall, my family was very pleased and loved our stay!

Really large, with seating for all ten of us in the same room. The open kitchen/ living room is a great hangout space and there are plenty of bedrooms for privacy for several couples/families. Also there is a fenced area which makes it so much easier to travel with the family dog.Have stayed with my extended family more than once and hope to stay again.

Wonderful house, full of amenities. The kitchen was well stocked, the view was amazing, and our family all had comfortable beds and rooms. We loved the hot tub and ping pong table!! A perfect few days. The grocery store was close as well.

This was a HUGE home! It sits right on the beach but you cannot get down to water directly. My family enjoyed all the amenities as listed. It will surprise you when you first walk in, but the concept grows on you. "Fancy-smancy" shower in the master, 2 fridges, gated dog protection, separate TV viewing theater for the kiddos, and LOVELY view were its best features. It certainly helps to have the sun come out most days there! Enjoyed ourselves!!!

Blue Moon is a wonderful property. The new owners could not be more welcoming. They even checked in to be sure we were aware of the tsunami warning that occurred while we were there. This house is well equipped for our cooking loving, reading family. Plenty of room to be together or apart. Our visit was further enhanced by daily whale sightings right out the front windows. We can hardly wait until next year!!!

Family time in Lincoln City

What a great house to host our 10 adults and 5 kids ages 3 to 7. Vivian and Jay were so available and answered any question. The home was very clean. Access to the beach was so easy and just a fun walk.

The house is beautiful and was a perfect space for our family of 12. Everyone had a place to crash and hangout. The hosts were fantastic and communication was great. We didn’t have a seamless check in process and they were so sweet to treat all of us to ice cream. If I had a question, I texted and had a prompt response. Being dog friendly was also a bonus for us. Beach access isn’t the easiest, but the trade off is the view….from the hot tub was everyone’s favorite! Memories made and we are grateful they were in this house.

Blue Moon Home, great for big groups

We had a combined family vacation with 2 other families and this house had everything we needed. The ocean view is amazing, love that there’s a fire pit and hot tub out back. We cooked most all our meals at the house and it wasn’t a challenge, plenty of pans, utensils, and coffee! Kids enjoyed the ping pong table and tv after exploring all day. There were also plenty of towels and extra blankets available which was a pleasant surprise, the 2 washers and dryers were very convenient too.
