We were really disappointed with our stay, especially given the price.The WiFi did not work, which was a major reason we booked this home. The dryer also did not work, leaving us to pack wet clothes, and there were plumbing issues with the sink and toilet clogging.We also received a noise complaint the first night despite being completely quiet, which felt very unsettling—especially with someone outside watching the property for the first two days.I reached out multiple times and was told the issue would be escalated, but no one ever followed up or attempted to make it right.The home itself is beautiful, but the lack of working essentials and communication made the experience frustrating and not worth the cost.

Super bummed about this experience & feel like it was a total waste of money. The amenities were mid and the entire home has been poorly maintained. The pots & pans were scratched & rusted, the cooking utensils were also coming apart & rusted. There was no foil nor plastic wrap, the coffee pot was incredibly cheap, the hot tub towels were nicer than the house towels, and the sheets were either stained or still dirty. The house itself was filthy and in dire need of some TLC. The game/bunk room smelled like a gym bag and the beds weren't much better. The carpet was old & stained, and the pool table was being "leveled" with a White Claw box. The laundry room door was hanging from it's track as well as one of the kitchen cupboards. The microwave appeared to be coming off the wall and hung at a slant. There were also ants in the kitchen. The couch looked like a science experiment and NEEDS to be replaced-I wouldn't sit there without a blanket, and the floors were very dirty. The kids' socks were brown and so was the paper towel after wiping up some water. Nothing smelled or felt clean.The patio furniture was rusted and falling apart-looked like it had been pulled from a dumpster. Warning to any downstairs sleepers, anything that is happening upstairs is amplified by 100X.The hot tub had malfunctioned and needed to be drained & refilled; however, the property management & maintenance team were super helpful and had that resolved ASAP, and the view was a positive.

Great location and spacious for us! Hot Tub, pool table, shuffleboard and large dining table were great. Beautiful view! Few notes…towels should be washed in bleach…they did not smell good and make sure to be stocked on the main necessities like trash bags. All in all we had a great time and were comfortable.

Hot tub needs a massive cleaning Lots of sand in it and soap bubbles (?) Kinda gross. If control panel gets wet it shorts out and turns off. Front door sometimes didnt lock. Back upper porch light west side burned out. Sliding glass door upstairs didnt lock. Some stovetop burners dont work. Loved counter space. Liked the labeling of kitchen drawers and cupboards. Loved deck w ta les and chairs. Comfy beds and furniture. Excellent large home for families

We had a wonderful long weekend at this cozy, spacious, and very comfortable house. Sunsets from the balconies or the close by beach were amazing. Lots to explore along the coastline easy location to either head north along the coast or into wine country. Communication for check-in and check-out was excellent. Highly recommend the location and house.

We had a wonderful time as a family on the coast. Having a beautiful, safe and easy accomodations experience plays a major factor. This house did not disappoint. The views are stunning and the location is perfect for beach access and town access. Fron start to finish, the renting of this house was seamless. We will definitely be back.

Family Getaway

Family of 13, toddlers to teens to grandparents, house fit us perfectly. The weather did not cooperate for a lot of beach time so the hot tub was a nice bonus as was the beautiful ocean view. Beds were comfy, kids loved the bunk/game room. Great stay.

Great house and nice location

The property was excellent for our family. We had lots of space, and the kitchen supplies were stocked! The only things I could mention as an improvement was better cleaning. The floors were dirty, and you could tell furniture and hadn't been moved to vacuum under. The house is hardwood floors, and everything had a lot of dirt and hair if something even slightly moved. Also, the tops of decor and the fridge were covered in layers of dust. The pool cues were also shot so we could not play pool and a nob on the stove is broken (back right) Overall, the house really was great just better cleaning would have made a huge difference.

Family Holiday with Teens

The house was perfect for my parents, my family and my sister's family, this includes 4 teenage boys! The stormy weather brought pool tournaments, lots of cooking and some hot-tubbing(from my husband mainly). The coffee table was great for puzzles and scrabble and we all, including the dogs, loved the quick walk to the beach and the beautiful hike up to and around The Knoll. It was the perfect way to enjoy our family for Christmas. We can't wait for our next visit!

Thanksgiving at the coast

We just had a great family Thanksgiving at this house. We were a group of 8 adults. Accommodations were great. The kitchen was very well equipped. Love the views, especially the sunsets. Two seagulls visited every day. We named them Seth and Tanya. Communication with property manager was top notch. Would love to come back.

Spectacular Vacation Home on Oregon Coast

We stayed at this home for a multi-generational family vacation with 12 people. The house was beautiful and was the perfect set up for a large family. The bunk room was awesome for all the kids! The location is spectacular and close to lots of coastal activities. The management was very responsive when we had questions. Overall, we couldn't have been more pleased with our experience!

Nice Roads End house

This house was very roomy for the 8 of us. We loved the pool table and hot tub. There were 14 stairs to get to the main floor which had a large front room, dining room, and kitchen that was all one large area. There were 10 chairs around the table and 3 or 4 barstools at the counter, and a wrap around couch. So there were plenty of seats for us to all sit and visit, and if you were cooking you were part of the crowd. Also on the main floor was a large master suite with king size bed, walk in closet, it's own door to a small deck, and a bathroom. Just outside the master bedroom there was a half bath. Full bathrooms upstairs in the loft sleeping area and downstairs with two bedrooms, washer and dryer, and game room with pool table, shuffle board, and 2 bunk beds. The two downstairs bedrooms had sliding doors out to the hot tub and BBQ grill. There was a large deck off the main level with a picnic table and chairs and then steps down to the hot tub. The views of the ocean were great and you could hear the noise of the ocean. There was a spot to get down to the beach not to far from the house but it was a little steep or you could walk a half mile down to the Roads End beach wayside. There were some minor maintenance issues but in no way made the stay bad. They were, the light bulbs on the stove hood and refrigerator were burnt out and need replaced, and the Keurig coffee maker was broken by someone prior to us getting there and needs to be tossed (drip coffee maker worked).
