We left immediatly! Garbage bag from last clean was still outside door, no parking available, people sitting drinking and smoking all over parking lot, corridors were full of garbage, not swept, room smelled like a bad incense factory, bed springs were bad, deck is within hand reach of next room, no privacy, kids screaming everywhere, stomping on room above, we didnt stay one night and they charged us for one of the nights, never again

I would to have a number to reach someone to ask them to quiet down some guests. The poeple above us were extremly loud all thoughout the night. Banging on the walls and floors. Going nex door and banging on their door. Their kids running and jumping all through the night. Beds were very uncomfortable. I also would highly suggest you have the maids turn on the jets in the bathtubes after each stay becasue I turned them on and gross nasty stuff filled my bath water both times. Just monitior the noise better and who stays there.

Lincoln City Letdown

I did not have a good experience. The WiFi password would not work for the first 24 hours of my stay. The first morning I woke up to water leaking out from under the refrigerator. I called early and had to call again when it was not fixed. The next morning the outlet I used to charge my phone all night didn’t work so my phone was completely dead. Way too many issues for a “vacation”.

We got a phone call from some woman from vacasa at 7:20 pm saying someone called and complained of noise from our room...and we only had tv on like at 29...and well before quiet hourz. We were both very upset someine called us just for that even though we we not being loud at all.

Small, clean and comfortable.

Small but clean, nice fireplace and a small veranda to the sea. For the money, we were very satisfied and would stay there again.

It is what it is

The cleanliness of the room was questionable and definitely not ideal. It was unfortunate because this really sets the tone for the whole experience. It is not a place that I would be eager to return to, but it is what it is.

Needs updating

Room was like a hotel room. Had fireplace which was nice. Had travel size shampoo/conditioner as well as hair dryer and coffee pot. Furniture and bed need to be updated. There is room to have a king size bed. The bed was extremely soft as though 10000 people have slept in this bed. Remote sometimes worked. We had to turn the tv on by hand. The view of the beach was limited by the trees. The picture of the facility looked nothing like the place we stayed. Will not be staying here again but will work with Vacasa again. Friendly people to work with.

Downstairs entrance a little creepy

When I went in I was expecting spectacular views of the ocean per their advertising… not so could barely see the ocean. They had a huge jacuzzi tub, so I thought something to ease my aching muscles…. Nope only tepid water at best. Going down the room is kinda creepy and I wouldn’t of done if was dark. Very disappointed. Usually the places I stay are excellent….. oh yeah when I walked into the room there was a definite sag in the mattress

Unable to Access

I was unable to get into the property. Lock code was unusable. Stairs were unsafe with a broken handrail. Phone Representatives were pleasant but unable to guarantee a refund. Each time I went to the office (during stated office hours) there was no staff and door was locked.

Communication lackluster

While I appreciate the property manager wanting to communicate via text, TEXT BACK!! Had a couple issues with the unit and in 8 days NEVER heard back on our request(s) for assistance. This is our second time staying here but sadly will not be back.

Clean and well located

Room was clean, bed comfortable, great view of ocean, WIFI worked well. Listing implied easy beach access but it required two long flights of steps and walk along public streets to gain beach access, I found it easier to just drive to the public at grade access off 52nd street (5 minute drive). Also note floor 2 is at grade others require stairs. Unit did show some end of season maintenance issues, pealing paint around the shower for example, but that did not bother me. Location is good for access to Lincoln City and nearby attractions and beaches.

Old but clean

This is an older property in need of some maintenance but my room felt clean and the area felt safe. I was just staying in LC for work but would probably book something a little nicer if I was there for vacation. Was perfect for what I needed - a bed, shower and TV. The gas fireplace was a bonus!

Old, but nice.

Overall, my impression is that this vrbo needs some tlc-repainting & repairs. I totally enjoyed the deep jacuzzi tub. I would have loved a table & chairs to sit at. It was hard to sit on the bed as it sorta sagged in the middle. I did enjoy my stay though. Thank you
