Great view but place is in serious need of a remodel. Wifi didn't work. Fireplace didn't work. People next door smoked- thought no smoking on premises. Vacasa was useless. Next time I will pay a little more to get a better place.

The Wifi Signal was so poor the TV wouldn't stream. The fireplace didn't work properly. The neighbors that checked in were up late into the evening and early the next morning were so loud. The property isn't quiet. The Walk to the beach isn't bad.

Not a very clean room, lumpy mattress on 2 twin box springs and spotty WiFi. Beautiful view and the fireplace was nice although the ticking of the timer was a bit annoying.

Location was great. If the sliding door would have had a screen I would have kept it open all the time to listen to the waves. I would have appreciated blackout curtains. It was clean but the baseboards need attention.

Very disappointing

When we arrived the room was so cold that it was uninhabitable. We turned the heat up on high but three hours later it was still colder than it was outside (and it’s wintertime). Texted with someone for over an hour without no results other than being told to “give me time”. I had to go to Newport and buy a space heater. After this purchase and when I was almost back to the room I was told that maintenance had brought a space heater. The room wasn’t very clean and honestly looked like a rehab was started and just never finished. I will say that at least the management got us some more blankets. Overall it was extremely disappointing and I will never go back. A 30 discount wasn’t enough to make things right.

Great view but otherwise just getting by

A true 3 star experience. There's 3 buckets: things that were great (view is stunning, a fireplace, good comms, and no bedbugs), unideal things out of their control (thin walls, building really needs a facelift), and things that drag the exp down which for us were more noticeable by the end. No working fan in the bathroom, pen marks on the walls, baseboards that haven't been cleaned in months/years, holes in the drywall for fire sprinkler /toilet that look rushed, the loudest wall timer for the fireplace I've ever heard, under the bed and behind the doors clearly not swept in a while (an issue with young kids), and more. If you can ignore that stuff, you'll love it (view really is great). If not, you might be like us and pay a bit more for a nicer experience instead

Pleasant & Quiet

After a hard start with difficulty locking the keypad door and no remote for the TV, everything went pretty well. We stayed for 7 days 6 nights and they would not refresh any of our t.p. or consumables for the room. No towels service, no plug for the tub. Had to go out and buy tp, plug for tub, Kleenex , etc. The room was clean and had a nice heater as well as a charming gas fireplace with a timer. We were not bothered by anyone else staying there, everyone was very nice. Eventually we got a remote for the TV but spent most of our time out enjoying the beautiful coast. For the price, our stay was very nice. You could definitely tell they were updating small bits and pieces as they go.We recommend to people with pets but don't expect the Hilton. Nice upgrades

We loved watching the King Tides from our room. It was clean, cozy and doggy friendly. We come here yearly for this weekend and always enjoy the stay.

First VRBO

Took us quite a while to find the place. Had arguing neighbors the first night. Would pick a ground level next time. Our dog was afraid of the stairs and we are too old for them but we thought it was pretty good. Need to bring our own extra blanket. The towel for the dog was thoughtful but I had packed 2 old ones for her, just in case

Great little spot.

This place was amazing. The views of the ocean and sunsets were awesome. The inside were nice for a studio. Had a little fridge and microwave. The beach is only a short walk down the hill and was a great beach. The outside could use a little paint and love but besides that everything else was perfect.

Always read the review

Wonderful beach property, great price, amazing view. I read the reviews on this property before booking. Focusing on the low star rating reviews especially. It amazes me how some people will complain that they are not at a five star resort when paying motel 6 prices. My expectations weren’t super high and I have to stay it was a great property with clean room and a comfortable bed. Not to mention the amazing view. Had a very enjoyable time with no concerns about the room, oh yeah. There was only 1 paper coffee cup provided… terrible!!!! lol. Thanks for a great property

Anniversary trip

loved the view, parking lot was a nightmare, needs to be a screen door on the sliding glass door and we only had one chair on the deck so we did not sit out there. fire place would not turn on, inside of room was nice...out side was dirty and needed paint badly.

DISGUSTING SCAMMERS

Cheap but not even clean enough for a 1 night stay! Ocean view is Absolutely beautiful, but I could have stayed in a tent and had the same scenery. The Dog hair was CAKED everywhere . Piles of hair on the bed !!!! No tv, Wi-Fi dropped, floor made your feet black, walls so thin you hear everything. The entire room was so gross we booked for two night but only stayed for 1. Vasca provided VRBO FALSE pictures as this is NOT how the room looked! From my experience Hiysekeepi g is I. Competent and needs to be fired along with 2 managers Tammy and Joanne have NO customer service! If you want to stay in filth this is your place!

Cozy reflection space

This studio has a nice view, a fireplace, a comfy bed, and was clean. When I first arrived, it felt like a sauna, though the heat was off…the one downside was having to keep the sliding glass door open almost all the time to moderate the room temp…there are no other windows or fan. Other than that, the space worked absolutely wonderful for my purposes.

Enjoyable Stay

This is the perfect place to stay if you are looking for nothing fancy, but comfortable and with a beautiful view! This was about our 6th place we had rented in this complex, and was by far the best one. Although there is no kitchen, the bed was fairly comfortable (a topper would help), and the futon was much better compared to the other units. I would suggest a more comfortable dining table, as there was only 1 chair available to sit. All in all, it was wonderful being able to wake up and see the waves from the bed, and enjoy the fireplace. For the cost of staying here, it is well worth it, and we will be back to stay at this unit in particular!

Great price; great ocean view. The TV didn't work. Wi-fi mostly not available except during early morning hours. The common areas were dirty and my room was not well cleaned.
