    This home is located in the desirable Olivia Beach neighborhood of Lincoln City. You'll be perfectly situated to explore the area's unmatched natural beauty, with public beach access to miles of soft sand and misty surf just a few blocks from your door. For a different kind of coastal experience, explore the forested trails of Spyglass Ridge or launch a kayak onto the azure waters of Devils Lake.



    From its open floor plan to its spacious primary suite, this three-story home is designed beautifully to accommodate groups and families. Kids will be delighted by the bunk room upstairs, which includes a TV for hours of entertainment. Adults, meanwhile, can enjoy a cold drink and lively conversation out on the deck, which is furnished with a picnic table, gas grill, and private hot tub.

Really enjoyed all the house had to offer. Only downfall for our family was the pool wasn’t available and the faucet was tricky to get turned off.

Loved the house and location! Perfect for a family with plenty of room to spread out and nearby the park! Having the hot tub was great! A few things could use some TLC like the kitchen sink which kept trying to leak when we turned it off but don’t really have anything else negative to say. We would definitely consider staying again if we needed a good size rental in that area.

Perfect location and super family friendly home. Loved it! Would definitely stay again! The only small things are little repairs are needed: sinks leak, garage door code doesn’t work (need handheld device which is inside), and blind pulls are broken. Also, kitchen throw rug is curled on all edges and is a tripping hazard for older occupants. It really was a lovely stay but just some notes for the owner.

Everything was fantastic. The home was clean and beautiful. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed. The hot tub was up and running, it was nice that they had all the spare towles near the hot tub. We were not able to access the pool unfortunately. We were told that we should be able to walk in and use the pool but this wasn't the case, it seemed it required some sort of card to get in. We did not need the garage thankfully but we were not able to figure out how to access that either. The location was convenient. The beach access was a bit of a walk but well worth it. The trip was over all amazing and would love to visit again.

Great Stay

We had another great stay at Knot a Care. Roomy, well stocked and very comfortable for a family vacation.Short walk to the beach and close to activities.

Family vacation 2025

The house was amazing it had everything we needed and the hot tub was amazing the only thing needed fixed was the garbage disposal and a leaky kitchen sink but we managed just fine it was a fantastic time

Outstanding!

Loved the location, the walk to the beach, the hot tub, enough space for 6 people, the well supplied kitchen, the grill, the park with a fire pit just half a block away, the ample towel supply, everything. Wish we could have stayed longer!!!

This neighborhood is super cute! You feel like your tucked away in the coast in a little oasis but is drivable to a lot of other attractions.

Perfect for our family AND Dog

We had a wonderful time in Lincoln City and this house is the primary reason why. Not only did we love the Olivia Beach neighborhood, but this house could not have been better. It is clean, big enough for a family, and the hosts really took care of us.

Very clean and nice Home we really enjoyed our stay for our Son's birthday, would have been nice to have a recreation pass and a clean Hot tub. but we still loved the beautiful pet friendly home.

Beautiful house and location

My daughter absolutely loved the room with the bunk beds and was very excited it had a TV. The master tub was lovely to soak in and have a glass of wine. We also really enjoyed the little park that was an easy walk from the house
