Girls beach trip

Girls Beach Trip

Garbage disposal didn’t work, the lock on the hot tub didn’t work and that was just the start. One of the beds was broken, the closest doors were broken and the AC/Fan did not work so it was constantly extremely hot in the house. You could tell it’s been poorly managed. I reported issues to management but nothing was fixed during our stay. It was extremely uncomfortable.

Beautiful ocean views

Room for our family in a beautiful location. Close to grocery, beach was wonderful with no crowds. Central location for all our activities. Will love to stay again

Great place in a great location

We had a great time staying at this location. It was perfectly located for beach access. The home has all the amenities that you need for your stay, the kitchen had plenty of supplies. It had two refrigerators (one in the garage but we didn't use it). It was the perfect place. The only reason I am giving it an overall 4 star rating is because when we checked in we notified the management company that the two bathroom doors upstairs didn't close and lock properly. It took them the better part of a day to respond and the doors were never fixed while we were there. Thankfully, we were all family and respected each other's bathroom space. They did promise that the doors would be fixed before the next guests arrived.. I hope so for the next guy.

Needs some attention

First of all it took us more than 20 minutes to get the door to unlock. When we finally got in, the house was very dirty. The fold out beds had food crumbs on them. The bedding on the upstairs bed had what looked to be poo on them. We had to wash all the bedding ourselves before we could sleep. There was broken glass in the garage. There was a cigar left on the balcony. The microwave didn't work. There was a no shoes policy, but the floors were very dirty. I called the next day, and sent pictures of everything. They apologized for the state of the house. We asked for late checkout but we were told that they had someone coming right after us. Then they sent one guy to clean the whole house as we were checking out. No way could one person deep clean the whole house in the amount of time he had until check in. And it definitely needed a good deep clean.

Great place to stay!

We enjoyed our time at this property! When looking there were so many options, this fit with some of our important criteria; ocean view, hot tub, kids entertainment... but came with a fair rental fee. We would revisit the home again!

Property needs updated

This rental is in need of a serious remodel. The view of the ocean would be amazing with new windows. The overall cleanliness was so-so. Despite all of this, our family still had a good time. The beds were comfortable and the hot tub was a plus!

Perfect beach view

There wasn’t enough towels to use since because of the hot tub.. the white towels in the bathroom has stains. The paper product provided wasn’t sufficient. They kitchen doesn’t have any larger serving bowls. There wasn’t any foil or plastic wrap.

Family trip

The house was beautiful, great view and easy access to the beach. Plenty of room for our family of nine. I would definitely stay again. The only problem we had was the leak from the garbage disposal.

Three generations enjoying the the coast.

This house was awesome for our family visit to the beach! Lots of space to spread out and to gather together. The view is spectacular! Kitchen is well stocked for prep cooking and serving meals and beds were very comfortable. We are planning a return!

Roads End

The house was a great fit, great location. Terrible parking!! The house could have been cleaner. Floors were not clean and one bathroom not clean. Fireplace didn’t work snd TV downstairs didn’t work. It could use some deep cleaning.

Some of the issues we had…

Just a few things that I think need addressed… for the room with the bunk bed… no ladder… it was difficult getting in and out the top bunk. Also the downstairs bathroom needs to have a non slip mat in the bathtub. It was super slippery. And since we were there 4 nights… there needs to be more supplies left… we pay enough money each night, we should not have to go the store to get TP, paper towels or garbage bags. Also… 10 am is a super early check out and when asked for just one extra hour, it was not allowed…
