The house is lovely! We stayed with our parents who are in their 70's, so we made sure they were on the main floor and didn't have to walk up and down many stairs. You do have to go up and down a lot of stairs to get to each level, so be sure that works for your group. The neighborhood is beautiful, quiet, and it's a quick walk to the beach (5 minutes). The walk is hilly, but there are two places in the neighborhood where you can park near the beach if that's more accessible. One area requires walking down a lot of stairs and the other is right on the beach.
