Sent stay request on Friday after 6pm to arrive on Saturday and host replied within an hour that late reservation was no problem and property would be ready for my stay. "

Didn’t even have to meet anyone. House has what you need for a small family. My only complaint which isn’t a big deal and I figured would be the case is the bed situation. "Lots of sleeping options and good sized common areas. Accomodated our group of 12 well. Outdoor areas are very nice. Place was clean and maintained. We enjoyed our stay. "
