"We had a great time at the house, and we had enough space for all 5 adults and 3 kids. The cottage house was a little musty and we weren’t aware the room in there was up a steep flight of stairs but otherwise it was great. The beds are comfy and the fireplace kept the room warm in the cooler evening and morning hours. The walk to the beach is tough for little kids and older folks, and the beach access is very steep. Once on the beach though, it’s private and beautiful. "

"The house was better than advertised.From well equipped kitchen, to the 3 suite bedrooms, was awesome. The owner actually texted me to let me know that we could check in 2 hours early. Apparently the new cleaners are very efficient. I would definitely recommend this rental , and would absolutely rent this property again. Dan B."

"We had a wonderful time and loved the house and beach. There was plenty of towels, cozy rooms, blankets and the windows opened to help a breeze come through on the hot days. "The place was very clean, including the hot tub, which was so nice to have. Perfect space for two people. Loved how close it was to the beach and to the main strip of businesses in Lincoln City. Liked the little deck up top with a glimpse of the ocean. Good for reading and sunbathing.
