"Prior to confirming the booking, I asked about heating as it is middle of Winter in Christchurch and we were traveling from Queensland Australia for a funeral.Upon our arrival on Friday night, we were welcomed with an overflowing rubbish bin directly next to the back door that we had key access to.Upon entering the property, we switched on the two only heat pumps one located in the hall and one in the dining area. No heating in either the 2 lounges or the 3 bedrooms.The hallway one worked fine...

"Excellent well appointed property. Very clean and added food extras of bread, milk, snacks etc was lovely. Very spacious. Property in a very handy location to shops and eateries. "Sadly this is one accomodation that we will not recommend. 2pm check in and the reception was home having lunch. The apartment was run down. Cupboards falling apart in bathroom. The electric blanket only worked on half the bed…it was freezing. Unable to tap and pay when Receptionist finally arrived and the fee was more than what we saw on Wotif. No beach view. The accomodation was down a long driveway. "
