Combining old charm and modern comfort, it offers very good bedding, a sofa bed and a baby cot on site. It's not just a place to sleep, it's a true "cocooning" experience, perfect for a couple's getaway, a family getaway, a business trip or a solo stay.

The accommodation
Welcome to this bright apartment perfectly arranged to accommodate up to 4 people, located on the 3rd floor (accessible by stairs, without elevator).

Bedroom: A separate quiet bedroom, equipped with top-of-the-range bedding with a Queen Size bed (160 × 200 cm) for optimal comfort and rest.

Living room: A warm living space with a sofa bed with a very good 20 cm thick mattress. (Note: the sofa bed is only prepared for bookings of 3 and 4 people).

Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen (plates, fridge, utensils and storage) to prepare your meals independently.

Bathroom: A functional bathroom equipped with a shower, toilet, washing machine and dryer.

The layout has been designed to offer you a comfortable and independent stay.

Travelers' access
Guests have exclusive and private access to the entire apartment (3rd floor). No space is shared.

Private accommodation: You have the entire accommodation: the bedroom, the living room, the equipped kitchen and the bathroom.

Arrival: Access is independent thanks to a secure key box. Detailed instructions and the code will be sent to you before your arrival to allow you to settle in at a time that suits you.

Other remarks
I currently live abroad, but I remain fully available and very responsive throughout your stay.

Communication: I prefer Airbnb messaging for all our exchanges, but you can also reach me directly by call or WhatApp message.

On-site assistance: A trusted person takes care of the preparation and cleaning of the accommodation. In case of urgent need on site, he or she can intervene quickly.

You benefit from total autonomy when you arrive while maintaining an attentive follow-up at a distance.
