For a superior room I was expecting a bigger more comfortable bed. We could not open the window at night because it is very low down and wild life could easily get through at night. "Excellent location for visiting IWM Duxford and only 10 minutes on the train to Cambridge. Janet and Simon couldn't have been more welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble and the breakfasts were really good with options for all tastes. Would stay again without hesitation."

"It was a surprise to see such a tiny room and tiny bathroom. I complained about the low heating. 21 degrees is a low temperature taking into account that there's no heating in the bathroom, which is freezing. At least they change the towels daily. The machine to boil water for the coffee powder is also appreciated."

"Booked the comfort triple room with private bathroom, on arrival we were shown to a twin room and a single room, without private bathroom. When we quieried this the barman said they don’t have triple rooms with private bathrooms so I showed him the booking I made along with this room still being advertised. "A nice hotel, well appointed in the public areas. Staff are friendly and helpful especially Boti the chef. The room was small however there was a separate study/dressing room area. There is a somewhat terrifying lift to the upper floors. A good substantial breakfast was included. It is situated in the town centre very close to the railway station. "
