"We only stayed one night, but it was a great place to stay. The lady who checked us in was friendly. The cottage was roomy for our party of 3 plus dog. We didn't cook but it was nice to have kitchen facilities, plates, and silverware for heating up left-overs for breakfast before hitting the road. We would stay again if in the area. "

"Communication with Julie was great from day one of booking. She reached out to see how we wanted the rooms set up and made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it when we arrived. She even sent directions on how to get there and told us to save them in case of spotty cell service (and this definitely came in handy!!). The house was clean and in a great remote location but also a great spot as a central point for all of the waterfall chasing we did. This is where Julie really shined and came...

"Nicely renovated upper studio. Deck stairs to balcony are a bit rough, so watch your hands. Street light from business parking a bit annoying when trying to sleep. Kitchen had all the basics available for use. Great place to use as a "home" base and advenure out around the middle of the penninsula. I would stay again! "

"While the cabin is small, as stated in the description, it has everything you need for a weekend or week get away. We enjoyed our time there & would definitely recommend it. The only suggestion I would have is to add a railing on at least one set of the outside steps for those of us with “experienced” knees. :)"

"We enjoyed staying at the chalet on Sixteen Mile Lake! We were all very comfortable and woke up to a beautiful snowy, winter scene! We only stayed one night but we enjoyed playing a board game by the fire place, and we appreciated the little details, like the books and figurines in the bunk room. A great experience!"

"The property is set up great, very clean, hosted our crew of 5 adults very comfortably. We had great snow and Trails. Its a hike to the trails but easy, about 4 miles to the trail. Only issue we had was cooking. we had planned on making a dish for five but the biggest skillet was an 8" telon pan that the coating was destroyed on and another 6" skillet. No biggy but changed so things for meals."
