Un hotel muy acogedor, muy cómodo y la habitación está muy amplia. Considero sólo le hace falta un espejo más largo para poder ver como anda uno vestido. Fuera de ahí fue un muy buen lugar donde hospedarme.

Muy buen lugar, bonita casa. Bonito cuarto. Complicado duñarse sin empapar el baño y más, por el diseño del baño y falta de cancelería, lo cual no resulta cómodo. Lo pasamos muy bien

Excelente Ubicación y ambiente acogedor
Nos fue bien, lo único es que tuvimos problemas con el agua caliente 2 de las 3 noches que nos hospedamos, y al final la ultima no pudimos hacer nada pq salíamos a las 4 de ala mañana entonces nos toco bañarnos con agua fría y realmente no es algo que me guste. De resto espectacular! una super ubicación y un hotelito muy acogedor.

Nos hemos asegurado de revisar las duchas para asegurar que en un futuro no vuelva a suceder ese percance. Buen servicio
Es un buen hotel,las habitaciones son bonitas y las personas se esmeran porque tengas lo que necesitas. El desayuno es bastante simple (pan, una fruta y queso y jamón), puedes pedir huevos si quieres, pero no son muy buenos. Las habitaciones en invierno son muy frias, ya que algunas dan hacia el patio y no hay calefacción. Volveria pero por turismo y en verano, ya que la tarifa es buena y recibes un bien servicio.

Hotel muy bonito en la mejor zona de Lima
Es una casa antigua, con habitaciones remodeladas y muy agradables. El hotel está muy cerca al malecón que es espectacular. Está en una zona tranquila pero cerca a todos los restaurantes, bares y vida nocturna de Miraflores. Super recomendado.

Limited / nonexistent management at hotel
We did not feel the hotel had adequate staff, services, or security for us to stay in the hotel, so we ultimately did not stay at this hotel. We arrived and the reception did not understand proper check in protocol and had limited understanding of the hotel, especially with regards to not knowing our key code to our room door and the appropriate key to the front door. After this, reception told us we had the entire place to ourselves (indeed, nobody else had booked there). Wondering what we should do if there would be a problem getting in given lack of knowledge of the locks/keys and the front gate not locking, reception passed us on to another staff we had never met before via WhatsApp. Reception left while we went to eat, and when we returned there was nobody in the hotel. We did not feel safe or comfortable staying in the hotel so we switched hotels. The hotel may have previously been a fully functioning hotel but now it seems the management is limited / nonexistent. I would highly caution against staying here unless big changes are made.

Great little hotel in a perfect location. Walk to everything in Miraflores. Staff so friendly and helpful for anything you need, they helped us with transfers and restaurant bookings and recommendations. We booked again for when we return to Lima at the end of our trip

The staff upon arrival was wonderful. They were very patient with our lack of Spanish and quickly got us into our room. The area around the hotel is quiet and safe. We felt very comfortable walking around after dark. We loved the neighborhood and the options for places to eat all within walking distance. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

Great Boutique Hotel!
Really a great Boutique experience. They are just getting going again after Covid. They said the services at the restaurant will be extended soon. Great food. Cool rooms. Excellent customer service! Thanks for the romantic stay. It’s just a short walk to Park Kennedy. Two blocks from the ocean. .

Like many of the places we’ve stayed, the walls are pretty thin here, so other loud guests or Street noise can be heard pretty easily. On the other hand, the staff is wonderful and the breakfast was great!

Located on a quaint street in affluent suburb of Miaflores, walking distant to the coast for the incredible coastal view and sunset. The staff were friendly and helpful, room were clean, and I enjoyed sitting in the common area with well decorated books on Peru. Would stay again.

Our stay at The Lot Boutique was very pleasant. The property is located in a very peaceful area within walking distance of Miraflores main attractions. Clean, great breakfast and 24hr front desk service.

Wonderful stay
The loft was very welcoming and thoughtfully set up.The location was amazing, close to everything we wa ted to see.Very clean and the hot shower was amazing (you'd be surprised how many hotels and bnb had no hot water)Daniel at the reception recommended a seafood restaurant which it was the best. We left early in the morning(3AM) and they had a bag with some breakfast bars for us for the road.Thank you for a great stay!

Home away from home in Lima
We stayed two nights and yardt this as it home base to explore Lima. The staff was extremely helpful with everything, from booking rides to airport transfers to sight-seeing advice. The breakfasts were excellent, with a small buffet and choice of one cooked-to-order item. The location in Miraflores district was ideal. Two fairly minor complaints - First, they have heat but no A/C, and it wasn't cold, so ambient humidity meant everything felt damp. I suspect this is a problem everywhere in Lima. Second, several of the electric outlet covers seen mis-aligned with the wiring - plenty of outlets, so not a huge deal, but frustrating.

The room we got was very cold and humid (July). There was no hearing in our room. We asked for a space heater on the second night but seems they forgot and we only got one on the third.

Lima is a huge, noisy, congested city, and The Lot is an oasis in the Miraflores district. Beautifully designed, small hotel with a lovely staff and nice breakfast. The small patio is a nice place for a glass of wine or a coffee, a spot to read or go online while taking a break from the city. Easy walk to the Malecón for fresh air, or head inland toward Kennedy Park and the many little restaurants and bars nearby.

Nice but not wooaaahh
Online or in apps like Hotels.com the Hotel looks much bigger thank it actually is. Location in Miraflores is actually nice, but it situated right to a crossroad and considering this quit noisy cuz of traffic. The entire Boutique Hotel has maybe max. 6 rooms... rooms are nice and big. Patio also nice, but as said, kind of noisy. The neighbour lot is a construction side, so count till Mai 2019 with extra noise.
