Our family just wrapped up a wonderful 17-day stay here, and we can't recommend it enough. Although we ran into a few issues at the beginning with the water filter and some electrical problems, the response from the owner and their on-site team, including Teresa and her husband, was truly impressive. They were friendly, accommodating, and worked tirelessly to fix everything as fast as possible. Their excellent communication and dedication to making our stay perfect really made the difference. Thanks to their efforts, our stay was a huge success.

Great home close to everything.

Home was exactly as described in pictures and other reveiws. Very clean. The kids had a great time searching for all the hidden frogs in the home. Very short drive to get anywhere. Owner provided contact info and was quick to respond.

The staff of this property was well above reproach. My daughter forgot one of her stuff animals at the site and they offered to ship it to us. This is the second time we’ve stayed at this particular cottage and we have enjoyed it so much that we will definitely be back, all the neighbors were super nice. It is definitely worth the time and energy. We spent to save it and we will definitely be back.

shower very dirty and the person that cleans the property lives right beside property felt like we was being watched the whole time we was there. will stay at lake again but not at this property. other than that property was very nice thank you for lettings us stay there.

We loved staying here!

We loved staying here. The cabin was cute and exactly as described. It had plenty of room for our family if 4 and 2 dogs. The cabin was close to town and when it gets warmer it’s super close to the beach and boat ramps. We took a walk down to the beach and enjoyed the small park and dog park close. We definitely want to take a trip when it’s warmer to enjoy!

Labor Day in a little Chalet.

Perfect location for us. Close to camp grounds where family was camping. Store and restaurants close by. It was perfect size and clean and so comfortable. Couldn’t get TVs too work but no TV at a lake is not so bad. Thanks for making our visit a great memory.

Charming, clean cottage

The house was very clean, and stocked with everything we needed, towels, linens, and kitchen utensils. Our favorite thing was the porch swing and the fire pit. We also used the charcoal grill that was very clean. The house is within walking distance from our favorite fishing spot, Blackhawk.

Adorable cottage vibe

We had two adults, one 13 year old and one pet. Such a homey, fun and laid back trip. The neighbors are fabulous and had great recommendations (ask them where to get the most reasonable fire wood). We rented a golf cart and packed up breakfast / lunches and drove it 5 minutes to the beach everyday. The same place has a fabulous dog park as well. I do wish there was a propane grill there, but for those of you with more patience than me there is a charcoal grill. Oh...don't miss the Donut Shop (call in a pick up order the day before..they're BUSY).

This house was too expensive for the time of year and the condition of the house. The water I. The shower did not smell right? The cost for the 2 nights was reasonable but the added fees were too high.The quality of the house did not match the charge.

Small but did pack a punch...

so this was the first time we had ever been to Indian Lake. Actually this is the first time ever in Ohio. But aside from that, this place needed some work in the bathroom. other than that; neighbors were great, good location, and overall served its purpose for the weekend. somewhere to lay our heads, change and eat. I'd recommend this for anyone one staying with a max 4 people. we had 6 and it was just an over kill. overall, would def comeback and stay, just with less people. thanks again for hosting us!!! -love from Cali and Oregon

OKAY FOR LAST MINUTE ESCAPE......

One picture showed water close by, but had no access unless you went to State Park beach..... the shower is small and needs help... overall tidy and organized....it was a good value for a last minute escape...
