The space
We have 3 bedrooms. The main one with a double bed, smart TV with internet, private bathroom and a cozy balcony with a beautiful view of the City of Lima and the Costa Verde. The second bedroom has two beds, one queen size and one single, and a large closet. And the third bedroom has a single bed, a personal closet, and a window overlooking the city. Also a second full bathroom for visitors, a laundry room with washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, coffee maker, waffle maker, rice cooker, kettle and a cozy dining room with a large TV and a beautiful balcony overlooking the city and the entire green coast. We also offer you a powerful wireless Bosé speaker for your moderate friendly or family meetings!

Enjoy our social areas, where you will have a coworking space to work quietly and a free gym, and a pool and grill area on the terrace subject to availability at an additional cost.

You can use all areas of the apartment that is for full use for you and your group!

Full kitchen with oven, washer-dryer, bathrooms with hair dryer, master bedroom with private bathroom, iron and large TV, secondary bedroom with two beds and bedroom 3 with a single bed and closet. The living room has a sofa bed and a large Smart TV. We have a coworking area for you to have a quiet work area with a beautiful indoor garden!

Other things to note
Our condominium has a shared gym with pilates, elliptical and weights where you can get in shape! We also have a space for Coworking, Multi-Use Room where you can do social gatherings, birthdays or a grill where you can invite your friends and spend pleasant moments with the best view of the Sea and the city! There is also a pool that can be booked in advance depending on the availability in which you can have the guests you want!

The reservation of social spaces such as the Pool and Grill can be made separately or together, the pool has a cost of 20 soles per hour and the grill 60 soles per 6-hour shift. The Condominium management requests a guarantee of 70 soles and 30 for cleaning in case it gets dirty. It is returned on the next business day, the pool and other environments do not require guarantees.

In all cases, availability must be confirmed, we recommend booking from 10 days to 72 hours in advance. IT IS NOT BOOKED AT LESS ANTICIPATION. Every reservation is confirmed with the respective payment, no social spaces are separated without payment. Check for times and availability.

Remember that all visits must be previously coordinated, up to midnight. Condo security requires ID from everyone for your safety and the building's!
