"Very nice, modern and spacious room with generous bathroom. Hard to fault really and we would certainly stay again."

"Very nice location and quiet."

"This is a really good hotel in an excellent location, close to public transport , cinemas, restaurants and the whole Eastland shopping complex. The rooms are comfortable and clean. A restaurant is available and there's a good bar for a refreshing drink. We always stay here when in Ringwood, and the staff always make us feel as if we've come home"

"Room was modern and clean, good coffee in room, check in process easy and everything nice & close by. Thank you. Will visit again"

"Clean facilities"

"The Chateau was well maintained, our room was clean and very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly."

"The serenity of the place was amazing, the views of the golf course, nature and wildlife was incredible"

"Pros: Big cottage. Scenic location. Bacon, eggs, milk, juice, butter, tomatoes and bread provided for breakfast. Nice toiletries. Frogs in the pond sounded cool. Rabbits everywhere. Cons: Emailed property to say we'll arrive around 4pm. No reply. We arrive at 4:15pm to find reception closed and a mobile number. What a gorgeous place. We opened the door and the first thing that caught my eye was the full window with a view of the beautiful trees, & such a gorgeous sight to see first thing in the morning. The room was excellent, with generous amount of items for breakfast. The bath was amazing and great after a day of walks...

"Consistently high standard with excellent staff and facilities. A bit more expensive than a suburban motel but more spacious."

"Nice motel in great location. Fantastic host on front desk.. ticked all the boxes..."

"Very relaxing with all facilities and cosy fire for the night"

"Overall stay was pleasurable. Nice cottage and quiet surrounds. Just a few things- Lucky key box was already open as we weren’t sent a code or check-in details. Cobwebs and dust hanging from windows, ceilings and fan was an eyesore. In the accommodation folder says bacon, eggs and yogurts were supplied for breakfast, no yoghurts, and weren’t expecting Aldi packaged sliced ham instead of bacon and Aldi prima’s. No curtain to cover the window facing the loft bedroom which let the hot sun beam...

"Many of the common area lightning isnt working. In some areas half of the light globes are out. Feels a little bit too dark in common areas at night"
