My 2 friends and I loved our 1 night stay in our cottage. Everything was perfect (apart from the beeping radiators which we turned off before bed but forgot the hall one). We had a great stay here,the location is amazing,very quiet,with beautiful view of the hills and the little river behind the house.The host was very kind,she made the Christmas tree for us,left lots of chocolates for the kids and cakes.The house was very clean and cosy.

It's a nice place less popular than Melrose Abbey but also very beautiful. I didn't have perfect conditions but I did my best to give some idea about this place. You need to buy a ticket to get inside and there is no access early in the morning or late evening.

It's a beautiful place in Scotland. Picture was taken in the middle of the day but clods were nice, no harsh light and remember that this is ticketed area and there is no access at summer golden hours. Worth visiting, you can also capture some architecture details there.
