L'hommeraye family home with tennis court and swimming pool - sleeps 12 - Ligugé

Virginie and Henri-Dominique rent during their absence their "guest house" which is independent and which is located within the walls of "l'Hommeray", the family property. This charming house located in Ligugé near Poitiers has been completely renovated in a country spirit with themed rooms.

In the heart of nature, 7km from the city center of Poitiers and 2 minutes by car from a shopping center "Auchan" and the A10 Poitiers Sud motorway exit, this house is conducive to family or friendly holidays.

It is surrounded by a large enclosed garden, planted with trees and flowers, a small wood. You can swim in a large heated and secure swimming pool (roller shutter and fence around) and bask on the sunbeds. You can also play table tennis and tennis on a quick surrounded by a large meadow to play football.
Outside the house, you will have a large table and a parasol to enjoy your meals. To cook, a plancha and a barbecue (Weber) will be at your disposal.
You can also enjoy garden furniture located under a large lime tree sheltered from the sun and heat to have coffee, aperitif or read.

This house with a surface area of 300m² is composed, on the first floor, of a large living room (with TV) dining room which overlook the garden and the woods, a fully equipped kitchen and a scullery with washer and dryer, a toilet, a master bedroom with its bathroom equipped with a shower.
Upstairs, the "Chamonix" master suite bedroom with its bathroom (shower and toilet),
The "Voglans" bedroom with 2 single beds and its toilet,
The "Maroc" double bedroom and its toilet,
The large dormitory "La Plagne" with 4 single beds, a TV equipped with a DVD player and board games,
A bathroom and a separate toilet.

Pets are not allowed. The owners' two labradors are present on the property during your stay, they are guarded by the caretakers of the estate but are sometimes free in the estate. Their outings are done in agreement with you during your holidays.

We are looking for respectful and careful holidaymakers!

Our caretakers will ensure a discreet presence to take care of the garden, the swimming pool and our 2 Labradors and the concierge service Les Pipelettes remain at your disposal throughout the stay.

For your comfort, beds will be made on arrival and towels will be arranged in each room for each of you.
A high chair and a travel cot will be at your disposal on request.

A flat rate of 195 euros for the Cleaning will be required. This package includes: cleaning, linen and beds made.
