You have access to the balcony with garden furniture. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Kitchenette in the living room with gas stove (4 burners), refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine and electric water boiler. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your holiday apartment is equipped with washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.


Holiday resort
In the holiday resort, there is also a washing machine available for general use.


Location
Lignano, district of Sabbiadoro. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The holiday flats are located on the ground floor or on the 1st floor with a balcony or terrace. Close to the dog beach. Parking (for 1 car) in a car park in the town (distance 800 m). Guests have an uncovered, numbered parking space either behind the house or approximately 800 m away at their disposal. (small cars only, no minibus, no SUV).
