"It was a special trip for my wife's birthday. The accommodation was fabulous, very clean and Bolters restaurant was also very nice. Had dinner at the terrace restaurant as well. The food and service was great but before going to the club I had been asked via email if this was a special occasion and i had advised that it was my wife's 75th birthday. However I didn't understand why I was asked as no mention was made of if when we dined."

"Self contained cabin in the middle of farm country. Plenty of toiletries, breakfast provisions of fresh local fare, the pot belly stove was well stocked, electric blankets on the beds and a super friendly host to introduce us to the property then left us alone. Perfect! Add to that the gorgeous dogs to make you feel at home, plenty of local wildlife around and a coffee pod machine in the kitchen made it the perfect stay. Tucked away down a funny dirt road, this place is THE PLACE you want to arrive to. "It had everything we needed. It was an old property (c.150yrs old) so it was never going to be state-of-the-art with underfloor heating, surround-sound disco-lighting (and it would have been awful if it was like that) but it catered for us perfectly,was quiet and comfortable."

"Can't fault this stunning rural property! Modern interior and very spacious for a tiny house. The DIY breakfast options were fantastic and eating our bacon, eggs, toast and yoghurt on the deck was a great way to start the day. Host was great also. Would definitely stay again. "
