There are four identical apartments in the building: the “Sturmmöwe,” “Fischmöwe,” “Lachmöwe,” and “Silbermöwe.” <br>All apartments have a living area of 70 square meters and consist of 3 rooms each. <br>Each of these spacious duplex apartments sleeps up to 4 people. <br>A separate entrance leads to the lower level of the modernly furnished vacation apartment. Here you’ll find the master bedroom with a double bed, the children’s bedroom with two single beds (or bunk beds in the “Fischmöwe” and “Silbermöwe” apartments), and the bathroom with a shower and toilet. <br>A staircase leads you to the spacious and modern living area with an open kitchen. A cozy sitting area with a flat-screen TV and a fireplace invites you to relax. The fully equipped kitchenette includes, among other things, a ceramic cooktop with an oven, a dishwasher, and a microwave.<br><br><br>Complex:<br><br> Lietzow—a small village between the Kleiner and Großer Jasmunder Bodden with an idyllic beach where you can enjoy fantastic sunsets.<br>The “Möwe” house was built in 2013 and offers four equally sized 3-room duplex apartments, each accommodating 4 people and featuring a balcony—a great way to vacation with an extended family or with families of friends in one house while still having your own private space.<br>Some apartments offer a view of the small Jasmund Bodden. Bicycles you bring along can be safely stored in a locked bicycle garage. To keep you entertained even on rainy days when you can’t go on excursions, in addition to a wide range of TV and radio programs, you can borrow game consoles (PS3 or Wii) as well as a selection of games.
