"The suite was clean and had several places to sit- a full-size table, a couch, and a weather-proof balcony (which was my favorite). It also came with a kitchen stocked with dishes and glasses. The bedroom was nice and had extra towels/sheets, and a lockbox. The lockbox battery was dead so it didn’t work, but the neighborhood felt very safe. The toilet and shower room were separate, which was nice. Plus, the shower room had heated tile floors. The only downside was that it was easy to hear...

"Sheets had faecal matter stains and a full ashtray was left on the balcony. When I complained the next morning compensation was offered by means of a free breakfast. Went to get my consolation prize breakfast but there was nothing laid out so I had a miserable double espresso and left in disgust. Hotels.com gave me a $25 hush voucher.
