"AU COLOMBIER DES ARTEAUX" new house from old materials

Located in Licques, in the triangle Saint-Omer, Calais, Boulogne sur mer, between Audomarois marshes, capes, beaches and lakes of Ardres, the Gite "Au Colombier des Arteaux" offers self-catering accommodation in a calm and green setting with terrace. , garden, small stream, courtyard and large car park enclosed by a gate. By our proximity, 200 m from the center of the village, you can find all types of shops and many hiking trails.
This 75 m² holiday house for 4 people is completely new and was built by its owner (retired former craftsman) from old, ecological materials, mainly in cob and wooden frame.
This ground floor house includes a dining room with Godin wood stove, 1 bedroom with double bed (140x200) (travel cot, blanket and baby bath if needed) and a sink, a lounge area with a CLIC-CLAC sofa with a comfortable mattress which therefore acts as a second bed, a 80 cm flat-screen satellite TV and various armchairs, a kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave, oven, induction hob, hood , toaster and coffee maker, as well as a bathroom with a shower and a washbasin, 1 separate WC, electricity included.
Electric heating and wood stove: 1st basket offered then € 7 per additional wheelbarrow.
The exterior consists of a garden furniture, a barbecue and two sun loungers. The back of the land which is not part of the rental but acts as a garden for the owners and a meadow for a sheep and a pony. The day of arrival is free except during school holidays. Sheets rental is included. cleaning fee 50 € if this is not done at the end of the stay.
