"I booked an apartment a few days earlier which was not active, vrbo was fine to work with and issued a refund. This was intended to be a replacement for that fumbled rental. It was also a bad listing or scam. Never got ahold of the apartment manager and couldn’t check in. VRBO said they would give me information to handle a refund but have yet to do so. That’s 2 bad apartments in 2 attempts in 3 days. Vrbo needs to do a better job of managing their inventory and their refund process is so bad...

This place has everything you need with a well appointed kitchen, washer and dryer, spotless bathroom and comfy sofas in the living room. "The location of this place is perfect. Convenient to so many shops and restaurants. The patio is such a cool place to relax and have a great view of the shoppers and streets below. The beds were very comfy and great water pressure in the shower which are a big plus. The hosts are great and very responsive to any questions! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! "

"Great place in Bertram!! Greg, the host, greeted us at our car and showed us the easy peasy lock box! The rental is excellent everything you need in a small, well decorated space. I loved it!! Two quite comfortable chairs separate the “living room” from the California King bed. Nice! Better is the wall hung tv can be viewed easily from chairs or bed.
