The property accommodates a maximum of 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, making it an ideal vacation rental for families or small groups seeking comfort in a mountain setting.
On the ground floor, the entrance hall features a delightful winter garden with a west-facing position. The spacious living and dining room is equipped with an open-hearth fireplace, cable TV, radio, and a DVD player, and opens directly onto the garden. The fully open kitchen is thoughtfully appointed and connects seamlessly to the living area. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor facilities.
On the upper floor, all 3 bedrooms feature characteristic sloping ceilings that add to the cosy alpine atmosphere of the chalet. The first bedroom contains 1 french bed measuring 2 x 80 cm with a length of 200 cm. The second bedroom includes 1 french bed measuring 2 x 90 cm with a length of 200 cm and provides direct access to the balcony. The third bedroom is similarly configured with 1 french bed measuring 2 x 90 cm with a length of 200 cm and also opens onto the balcony. The upper floor bathroom features a bath, WC, and a double hand-basin. The south-facing balcony offers stunning open views over the valley and the natural landscape.
