First, I did not receive the door entry code form the owner until after I called Vrbo help desk to get the door code. In addition, they lied about them sending the door code earlier in the day. Secondly, we did not have access to the garage and the neighbor kept parking his car to close to the driveway that made it difficult to get in the driveway. Thirdly, there were many general maintenance items that needed fixing throughout the condo. Fourthly, the kitchen did not have proper kitchen utensils and cooking pots and pans. This was my first experience working with Vrbo booking, your part seems to go well, but the owners (leasing company) were terrible. With this said I am expecting at least a 20% refund form the owner. Our stay was from May 4 to May 8 2026
