Walter is an A#1 Host!! The cottage was clean! The location is so convenient. My bed was so comfy and there was a TV in my bdrm as well as the large one in the LR. There's a screened in porch in the back w nice patio furniture. I had my morning coffee in the back yard sitting at the picnic table (1 of 2) . The cottage is in a residential area and the neighbors are quiet . I was very comfortable there.

The kitchen was especially good. It was a small space, but nicely executed. Air conditioning handled the heat wave! A larger couch would’ve helped with seating. There weren’t any closets, but the dressers and hanging racks sufficed. Had zero problems, but it didn’t feel like the nicest area of Lexington.

It has a nice bungalow feel to it. It is good size. Much better than a hotel if you are in the area. We were attending a wedding in Gilbert so the location was perfect.

Great host and very cute place. I saw a lot of complaints about the neighborhood in the reviews. I have to clarify that while some of the neighborhood needs some TLC there is nothing to be worried about.

The house was great. Very clean & updated. There is a bit of road noise so you may want to have a white noise app or machine.
