Loved our stay. Great neighborhood, easy access to downtown Lexington. Ben, our host, made everything easy. Would definitely recommend this unit to other travelers.

Ben was a great host. Very easy to communicate with. The home was very clean and very quiet and easy to come and go. We felt safe. The two bedrooms each have their own bathroom which makes it great for allowing privacy.

The townhouse was exactly as described. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to get around downtown. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was perfect.

No WiFi during the entire stay was frustrating. Using my phone hot spot was a slow workaround Raking the backyard would look nice.Sadly didn’t find the coffee (freezer) until we were leaving Otherwise, great location. Cute place

Long weekend in Lexington

Great location. Minutes from downtown and major attractions. Parking is easy and no extra costs for that. If we are ever in Lexington again we would use this location again and again.

Wonderful weekend

Very clean and comfortable place to stay. Additional benefit was that each bedroom had its own full bath. Easy walking distance to downtown and within 100-200 yards of a wonderful brewery/distillery.

Great Location

We stayed for a week. It’s close to the downtown area but off the road enough to be quiet and peaceful. Walking distance to Rupp Arena, Lexington Brewery / Distillery and restaurants. Definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect location and fabulous host

The property is close to everything plus it's quiet and easy to get to and from. Our host Ben was great, and provided some excellent recommendations for the area! Would definitely stay here again!!

Great Stay

Communication with Ben was great from start to finish. House had everything we needed for our stay. Convenient to our visiting friends and touring the Bourbon Trail.

Walkable to downtown

Spent a few days here with a friend. Liked that each bedroom had a private attached full bath. Close to downtown Lexington, was able to walk to downtown area within 10 minutes

Bourbon Trail Weekend

Property is located near several distilleries. Very convienient for the tours. Rupp Arena was within walking distance so this would be a good option during Wildcat basketball. Clean and spacious. Check in and check out was very easy. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location

Walkable to downtown/ Rupp arena, felt safe, plenty of room, good price, soft sheets and comfortable bed. For those who like fancier places, this may not be for you, but a solid place to stay. (As my husband said, it’s a little “tired” in places and has very squeaky floors upstairs). We would definitely stay here again! For the price, so much better than a hotel and you can’t beat the location.

Clean, and well stocked. Very comfortable!

My only complaint would be how small the parking lot was. It was difficult to get my truck parked. That being said, i would still stay there again.

Excellent location and communication from owner

Very clean- but dated. A fresh coat of paint and perhaps vinyl plank flooring to replace the carpet might freshen it up. The location and floor plan was perfect for our stay and would stay again.

The townhouse was an extremely convenient location while visiting our daughter on UK campus. It was a walking block from RUPP arena. Definitely great location if visiting for bball game. Townhouse was a little run down in bathrooms, however, well kept, nicely stocked with everything needed to cook and relax. The host was fantastic at communicating, answering questions quickly, and accommodating. Great little place for a long weekend visit. Neighbors outside were a little loud when trying to sleep, but not surprising staying so close to campus and certainly not the hosts fault. Definitely will stay here again and suggest it to others!
