I did not like that I had to ask to change the room 2 times, first room smells like cigarettes really bad and I booked a no smoke room, second room bathroom super dirty, I got a third room the bathroom was nasty but I was too tired to keep asking for another one. Definitely no going back there

It was quite noisy. 18 wheelers using jake brakes amounted to alarm clocks all night. Emergency vehicle siren traffic was heavy. State of maintenance and repair was poor. It was very much apparent from the patched walls that the door to the room had in the past been forced/broken down. The bathroom sink was slow to drain. A spider crawled across the mirror my second morning there. There was a used rubber Trojan in the parking lot near my car the morning I left. The Good: The shower worked fine and drained well. The bed was clean and comfortable.

Front seat agent was friendly and informative. Room has issues such as the toilet wouldn’t flush, the ac air that blew out smelled terrible, and the smoke detector was off the wall and sitting on the desk. I reported the issues to housekeeper and was told ok and nothing was fixed.

The price was high for an aging Motel 6, your tv channel numbering system was awkward to use and for your high price your cable tv choice did not include the major broadcast networks. I will never again stay at this location.

I was seeking the least expensive accommodations & this us what I found. Also, the location was close to where I needed to be. This motel is old, battered, not well kept up, noisy, low on amenities, and basically sad. We did stay all three nights, enjoyed our time & survived. I doubt I'd book here again.

Unbelievably disgusting
Check-in was easy and flawless. We had asked for a ground floor and a nonsmoking room due to health reasons. We received a ground floor room but it was clear that this had been a smoking room or smoked in room the second we opened the door. It reeked of stale cigarette smells! We instantly noticed the floor had not been mopped in God knows how long! There was food stuck to the floor and swirl marks of dirt. The table also had food residue on it. As you can see in the pictures the phone, refrigerator, doors to the bathroom, sink top and TV also had smudge marks and dirty fingerprints. Two of the towels were covered in stains. There was spit and watermarks all over the mirror. The door to the bathroom was extremely unaligned and warped so it was hard to close. The toilet paper dispenser would fall out of the wall when you try to pull on toilet paper. The gaping hole in the ceiling above the shower was our wake-up call the next morning. The room above us took a shower and it drained out into our tub from this hole! Of course we did not shower after knowing that was a situation. The cleanliness of the room was grotesque. The only thing that was neat tidy and clean were the two beds. We had a black light so we checked! We were only in town, a 3-hour trip from our home, for a concert. So we slept and we left. We did tell the front desk of the issues and hope they resolve them. The price point was very accountable, but the room was disgusting.

I stayed here Dec 24th &.25th and wasn't to happy bc their wasn't a fridge in our room and they lied about breakfast in the am but n had to stay due to unforseen circumstances and was settling in for the night and seen bed bugs on the bed. I took pics, packed My things and didn't look back!

I was very disappointed with the overall room. The bed sheets didnt look clean, they had stains, bed covers had burn holes all over them. The door was patched together, not sure if it would keep out an intruder. Heater / air conditioner looked ill fitted and plug was just hanging from the wall. This was a smokingbroom but no ash tray.

I know a lot of the previous reviews are kind of 50/50, but this honestly isn’t a bad place to stay within the price range it’s in. You get what you pay for. The clerk that checked me in was super friendly & made check in a breeze! The property was clean & I never saw anyone loitering. My car went untouched by anyone. The room itself was very clean. It did not smell like smoke, the beds had what looked like brand-new-from-the-package linens on them, & the bathroom was clean. The beds are very firm though, so if you’re used to memory foam & whatnot, you will not be comfy. On day 1 the only bug I saw was a spider. However, on days 2-3 I did see & squash a total of about 12 roaches of varying sizes. I tore the beds apart prior to bringing my things in & saw NO SIGNS at all of bed bugs. And 3 nights later, no bites. The only real ‘issue’ that I ran into was that the smoke detector went off 3 times the 2nd night—only one round of ‘beep-beep-beep’s each time. Once at midnight, once at 8am, and once at about 9am. I don’t know if the alarms are old, or if a bug or something crossed the sensor causing it to go off. I did call to let the office know prior to leaving. Overall, I wasn’t mad about the stay. The alarm caught me off guard, but anything else was honestly expected from other reviews. I’d stay here again if I needed to.

Room had roaches! Towels were not picked up/cleaned after we used them. Each time we returned to room we were locked out and had to go to office to get key card reset. Very noisy rooms and they smelled like there had been smokers in previously

I have probably stayed in 50 hotels over the last year and this is the worst by far. Almost comically bad. Cigarette burns EVERYWHERE (after requesting a non smoking room), the extra lock did not work. Splatters of...food? On the walls. Not to mention the several roaches i saw, one which i managed to kill. Yikes my friends. Stay away.

The room was not clean. At all. I called the front desk probably 10-20 times this morning from 10:30 until 11 trying to get help from the front office. Our shower was leaking so bad it caused a small flood in the bathroom floor and nobody would answer and it is not my responsibility as a customer to chase down someone who works in the front office to try and resolve an issue which caused us to check out late because we couldn’t even shower.

I don’t normally leave bad reviews but this place was terrible. I reserved a non-smoking room and the room we were given reeked of cigarette smoke. I asked for another room, and was given one, although the lady working acted like we were the worst inconvenience to her. This room was a tad better but still had the worst smells and filthy sheets. We stayed about an hour and decided to drive home. Never again.
