We had a wonderful stay at this property! It was in a perfect location—close to the University of Kentucky, Keeneland, the airport, and the distilleries we visited. The home had everything we needed for a comfortable and convenient trip.The host was very communicative.

This property and host were simply outstanding. The location of the property was very convenient to great restaurants, night spots, bourbon distilleries, and horse farms. The house was everything that was advertised and then some. Everything you would need to accommodate multiple families is available at this rental. Very clean and nicely maintained. The host was very attentive to and available for our needs before, during and after our stay. We have stayed all over the US in VRBO properties and this one ranks right there at the top. If you want to experience the true flavor of the Lexington area, this is the place to stay!

Beautiful house, spacious, very clean, well appointed. More than enough room for our group of 4 couples. Lots of gathering and seating places including the very nice outside seating area. Close to downtown and lots of good restaurant options. We did 2 days of Bourbon tasting and Highly recommend Central Kentucky Tours. We also loved our dinner at the Merrick Inn. The property owner was very attentive and easy to communicate with.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The weather was extremely hot but we were still able to enjoy the back patio with the ceiling fan which kept the air moving. Seth was very responsive to any questions that we texted him about. I would recommend this home to others without hesitation.

Great time with family

We stayed as a family ranging in age from 19-80. We enjoy the house very much. The kitchen was amazing. Plenty of your room to spread out. Convenient store across the street to grab a snack if you forgot something. We used it several times. The host was extremely attentive and even retexted check in instructions and checkout instructions on the day which was extremely helpful that I didn’t have to go back through messages to find them. Highly recommend

This place was amazing!! We booked it for a family gathering. It was a beautiful house that was very well stocked with everything you possibly could need or want. The photos depict the property perfectly! The property owner was easy to communicate with. I can't think of a single negative.

Great house for a big group

We had a wonderful time at this property. We had a group of 12 adults and teens. Lots of space with so many bedrooms and bathrooms - everyone had a comfortable place to sleep and no waiting to get into a bathroom. Two comfortable seating areas and dining areas meant lots of space to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked so we could do a lot of cooking for the holidays. The host was very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again if we find ourselves in Lexington!

Bourbon trail weekend

We stayed as a group of 11 friends in town for a Bourbon Trail weekend trip. This location is a great base of operation for the Lexington area distilleries. The house is very nice, very clean and the host was clear with communication. Everything worked out extremely well, this is definitely one of the best VRBO’s. I’ve stayed in.

Perfect for a big family

We enjoyed our stay in Lexington immensely. The home was immaculately clean and exactly as described in the listing — perfect for our multigenerational family vacation. The back porch was a favorite! We visited during a very hot week, and the home stayed cool throughout. We especially appreciated that the property has plenty of parking and we also enjoyed walking around the beautiful surrounding neighborhood.
