Had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean and comfortable for a family of six two dogs. Seth was a very gracious host with great communication throughout our stay. Will definitely be back again next time through Lexington.

I thought this property was great! Very good communication from the host, wonderful location with the nicest neighbors (we trick or treated so we met several!), clean, and very comfortable beds. It met all my major desires in a VRBO! I also feel I should point out that the master closet had plenty of room for a pack and play or a pallet for a child to sleep (i used to want that information about every house we booked!!!). I do appreciate super honest reviews, so I will say that if you are hyper aware of details, there are things that may bother you…a toilet paper holder has been pulled out of the wall and not repaired, the back yard shed area could be tidier, several outlets in the dining area didn’t work, and there were only 4 cereal spoons which seemed funny and ironic for a place with so many beds and table settings. Frankly, though, these types of issues can be found in my own home, so they didn’t bother me at all. But in the spirit of an honest review in case these issues would bother you, I’m including.

Great Stay and was close to where we needed.

We enjoyed the Hot Tub before and after my girls had competition Cheer Nationals during our stay. We enjoyed the fir pit outside. The only thing was the Ping pong table is on order so we didn't get to enjoy that. The communication was great the house was clean and super comfortable. Would definitely rent the house again if we ever have to stay in Lexington again.

Wonderful place…centrally located

Lovely home in quaint neighborhood very central to all things “Lexington”. Our host was very communicative in getting us oriented and also offering wonderful suggestions of things to do and places to eat and enjoy the area. The home is well decorated with beautiful appointments and luxury bedding. Would certainly book again when the need arises!

March Madness in Lexington

We had a wonderful boys trip to Lexington to watch the first round of the NCAA Basketball tournament. The house couldn't have been better. So close to Rupp Arena, UK Campus and really everything else. The hot tub was a hit. Comfortable beds, clean house, quiet neighborhood, easy check-in and check-out. Highly recommend staying hear.

Bachelor trip

Overall great experience. It was close to downtown and lots of great restaurants. Not far from highway to get towards bourbon trail. Outside views are not great considering lots of countryside views not far away, but perfect for a weekend getaway with friends and family

Thanksgiving Vacation

It was a nice property. They were good to work with. Only issue we had while there was... i got a text from them saying that they were made aware of elevated noise at our rental. Later to be told there was a decible meter that sent the notification. My best guess is that our screaming children set it off inside the front window. Other than that we had a nice stay. It's a fairly easy ride to a lot of the distilleries and the airport.

Lovely Lexington Stay

House was very charming! Plenty of space for our family of 6 visiting our son at UK. Kids enjoyed having the hot tub! Communication was excellent with immediate responses from Seth. I would definitely recommend!

Great stay!

Seth was very helpful and was available whenever I needed him. He gave great recommendations on local places to eat. The house was great and very clean. The house was in a cute little neighborhood close to all the restaurants, downtown, the college & airport!

Fun Time in Kentucky

Our Auburn tailgate group came up for the Auburn vs. Kentucky football game. Seth’s house proved to be a perfect spot for us. The house was plenty roomy for four couples and a great central location. The house was definitely the nicest one in the neighborhood, but we felt safe. We enjoyed the outdoor area and grilled one night. The kitchen was well equipped. I would recommend the house to anyone visiting Lexington

Great Location, Cute Neighborhood!

We came for our bi-annual Keeneland trip. The house was in a quaint little neighborhood. We went out walking and loved seeing all the fun Halloween decorations the neighbors had. The house was very clean and in a convenient location - we were just minutes from Keeneland, campus and restaurants.

Wonderful stay

We stayed here during UK’s family weekend. It was a wonderful hub for our group 7 that included a teenager and two sets of grandparents. The house was lovely - true to the pictures. Seth was a a very helpful host. He provided great resources prior to our stay and upon arrival when we discovered the Keurig wasn’t working he had a new one to us that evening. We highly recommend.

Long Weekend in Lexington

The home is exactly as pictured. Very spacious and can accommodate a large group. The furnishings we’re comfortable and everything seemed fairly new. We had everything we needed and check in / check out was easy.
