Check in was a breeze, the house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils for cooking- which we have found is sometimes a struggle at rentals for families that don’t want to eat out for every meal. The host was very accommodating! During the evening of our check in, weather conditions were snowy/icy and I messaged Seth. He had someone out the next morning to salt the walkways. The neighborhood was quiet and location was very convenient to almost anywhere we wanted to go in Lexington. The only very minor inconvenience is there are no curtains in the bedrooms. It isn’t a huge deal, however if you have small children that need a dark room for naps, it’s something to keep in mind. Thankfully, it wasn’t a problem for our kids! Would absolutely recommend staying here.

Great house

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very spacious, beds were comfy, great showers. Host was very responsive and friendly. Neighborhood is ok but we had no problems with anyone. Overall great and would stay again

Reunion

Five adult couples who get together once a year to catch up. We found the house very clean and enjoyed the location. It was convenient to the sights we wanted to see. Seth was very communicative and responded to my questions promptly every time. We would like to have ten chairs that would fit around the dining table. Even folding chairs would work. I would definitely recommend this home rental. It is well maintained.

Friends AUBURN/KY game plus

Our stay was great. The house was very accommodating for our friends trip of 6 couples. We had a blast! Weather was great! We got together for Auburn football but included the bourbon trail and Keeneland horse races. We cooked steaks on the grill, played games and enjoyed the hot tub!! Great location. All very clean and comfortable.

Awesome location and a very clean and spacious house!!

4 golf friends (in our 60’s) met for golf and the races at Keeneland. The house was very well equipped, spacious and had a lot of nice amenities. It was located near downtown and close to many bars and restaurants!! We will return!! Thanks Seth!!

Great house for a family stay

The open floor plan made the house very comfortable everyone. We had plenty of space to cook, play games, and just sit and talk. Also, there were plenty of bathrooms so we didn't have to take turns. This was a great house.

Bourbon Trail and UK/ GA Football weekend!

Perfect house for a Lexington weekend with friends! We are all looking forward to coming back! The kitchen was large and had plenty of flatware and glasses. Very clean and well maintained. The beds and home decor was beautiful and comfortable. We are looking forward to staying with these hosts again.

Football/Bourbon Trail Weekend

This was a great house. We had four couples and there was plenty of room to accommodate everyone. The house was very clean with all of the amenities you could want or need. The beds were very comfortable which is a huge plus in my book. I would absolutely re-book this property and recommend to family/friends. The one thing I might suggest would either be a fan or citronella candles on the porch as the mosquitoes were plentiful.

Amazing Getaway in Lexington

We had a great time!! The house is absolutely beautiful and has wonderful amenities. The amount of large beds and bathrooms makes it a great stay for a large family and/or several couples. The house seems brand new and is well kept and extremely clean. The neighborhood is completely fine and we felt safe and secure throughout our stay. Our child will be attending UK next year and this will be a great return property for the next four years. Seth, property manager, was extremely attentive and assisted with check-in and check-out for ease of the procedures. So glad we found this fantastic option. We will definitely be back!

Great house!

The house was beautiful, super spacious and clean and very comfortable. The neighborhood isn’t the greatest but it’s not terrible - we felt safe in the house and the house had so much room for the kids Host was wonderful, great communication! Will def stay here again

Beautifully decorated and comfortable house

We were a group of eight adults. This home was a great fit for us. Each couple had a bedroom and a bathroom. There is plenty of comfortable seating in the living area and at the dining room table. We enjoyed the back porch and the hot tub which was very clean and easy to operate. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of soft, good quality towels. The house was easy to find and easy to access from the highways and main streets. Check in and check out were a breeze. We would definitely consider staying in the house again if we make it back to the Lexington area. Highly recommend.

Great House!

The house was perfect for our stay! We had a large group of family and the house was very accommodating. The amount of seating was comfortable for lounging, games, and meals. The beds are super comfortable and we loved that each room had a bathroom. The garage is a great addition with all the games provided! Will definitely stay here again in the future.
