The property was just as listed. It was very clean. The bed was soft and comfortable. The sofa that was available was also great. The Wi-Fi worked well.It was a very relaxing stay from me and my husbandBeing surrounded by mountains and the horses was very relaxing. Would love to stay here again.

Our plans changed at the last minute and the host was very accommodating when my grad school son stayed with me instead of the dog. He was able to do his work in the loft remote with no issues. It is a small space - neat and tidy and had everything you might need tucked into cute furnishings. The farm animals were entertaining and the property was easy to find and close to attend events in town.

Comfortable oasis close to downtown Lexington

We were in town for Alumni Weekend at Washington & Lee and were very pleased to find this loft. We felt like we were just close enough to town for it to not feel far, but just far enough away to have some peace and quiet. We really enjoyed meeting the horses and would return here next time we are in Lexington. Thanks for a great stay!

I’m in love

This was a beautiful, interesting place to stay. Quiet and gorgeous. Fun furniture and very cozy. I loved waking up to see the horses. It was super easy to get to VMI, maybe 10 minutes max.

Peaceful night!

Such an amazing place to stay. So peaceful and who can beat staying on a horse farm with chickens and ducks roaming around. Great hosts! We will be back!

Beautiful little hidden gem

This was our second visit to this property on our travels south and it’s absolutely beautiful. It has everything you need for a short stay. I would highly recommend!

The well appointed loft is adorable. Host is very kind and helpful. Location is convenient to downtown and the Virginia Horse Center.

Idyllic atmosphere.

What a lovely space. The king sized bed is extremely comfortable. Have enjoyed multiple stays here while transporting our horses. Only complaint is we couldn't have stayed longer.

Highly Recommend!

Perfect place for my horses and myself to layover going home from a show. Alice keeps the place very nice. Clean and comfortable. Easy access with horse trailer. I would definitely stay here again!

Easy to find, was lots of fun viewing the horses. Very roomy and clean. Perfect for a stop on our road trip. Only thing to keep in mind is that the wifi is not the strongest

Perfect Way to get off the grid

Perfect location & comfortable accommodations

Loved our time at this cozy studio conveniently located close to Lexington. We stayed while showing at the horse center. Studio is clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed with everything you need. Alice is accommodating and responsive. Added bonus that the studio is on a working horse farm with adorable animals to see.
