Convenient Location and Nice Yard for Pets

The property is conveniently located. Only a short drive to just about anything you want to do. Perfect for 2 people. The yard is fully fenced, which is nice if you have pets that you like to bring with you.

Nice stay

Stayed here for Greek Sing weekend at UK. Perfectly located and a very quiet neighborhood. Nicely appointed with comfortable beds and beautiful fenced in backyard.

Lex Fall Visit

Comfortable and convenient

This is a great property...very comfortable with memory foam beds and a spacious well equipped kitchen. There's a covered patio in the back with a table and nice chairs. There were a couple of bumps along the way but those were handled with grace & we'll stay here again.

Pretty Good Spot

My wife and I really like this location, it’s pretty close to everywhere we wanted to go. We brought our three pups and they really liked the place too! I would have given it 4 stars but apparently 4 stars is consider bad on Vrbo. The Cons, the bathroom needs a little bit more up to date maintenance. Also it seems that was the only location 1 or 2 bugs will appear once the bathroom is unused for a few hours. The patio furniture collects bugs since they sit outside but again that not the host fault. The host themselves are really good, they communicate with me within the hour and even came out to check on the dryer cause I couldn’t figure it out AND dried my clothes for me. Overall if this place is available the next time we visit, we will definitely see if it’s available to stay in

Convenient and Clean

We had a great stay at this house! It was clean, comfortable, and close to almost all Lexington attractions. It has a great backyard with a grill that we and our kids enjoyed at the end of days exploring the city. Thanks to the owners for checking to see if we needed anything during our stay. Highly recommend!

Great-quaint home in perfect locstion

My wife and I and adult son came in for opening weekend at Keeneland. This home was very convenient to the track and was very comfortable. Beds were great and the living room gave us plenty of room to hang out and watch tv. House was perfect for our group of 3.

spring break in Lexington Ky

Our stay on 617 Stratford Drive was amazing. Everything was great, the house was good, and the owner was amazing and ready to help. The house is located in an area where there is easy access to the highways. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Lexington, Ky. I will stay there again when I visit Lexington

Great Location

This was a great location. Close to shopping and dining which was super convenient. The house was also close to UK where we were visiting my son on our spring break. Cute neighborhood, very residential. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent little get away

Stayed at this property with my spouse and our dog. Fenced in back yard is great for having space to let the dog roam. Quiet neighborhood close to a lot of restaurants and stores.

Perfect Stay in Lexington!

Quaint home in a nice quiet neighborhood within walking distance to all the UK activities. Loved the outdoor covered patio and the interior layout was great for the two of us! The host (Seth) was exceptionally responsive and maintained great communication throughout the stay. Highly recommend!

Great Lexington Location

A great property with so many pros: nice and clean bed and bath linens, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, fenced yard with covered seating. Minor cons with easy fixes: mold on the shower curtain, shower head, and shower window covering, bathroom fan is very noisy and needs repair, outdoor cushions and seat coverings were very moldy, we washed them so we could enjoy the outdoor space.

Visit to Lexington for Breeders Cup

Property was just as represented. Very clean and easy to find. Great access to downtown, keenland and bluegrass airport. Only one bathroom but not an issue. My only negative was no TVG or Xfinity app on internet TV. Hard to watch horse racing or sports shows. Wifi worked great once we had password. Will stay here again.

High School Re

My husband’s high school reunion was in Lexington, KY and I booked this place for three nights. The location was easy to find in a quiet neighborhood and the house had everything we needed for those three days. Our host was very easy to work with and also very responsive. The kitchen was fully stocked even though on this visit, we actually didn’t do any cooking. It’s nice to have a washer and dryer as well. The back yard would make a great entertaining area in warmer weather as there is plenty of space and a gas grill provided.
