Lovely and spacious

Our sporty family really enjoyed the yard and the gameroom. The house had plenty of room for the 9 of us, and the kitchen was easy to cook in.

Exceeded Expectations!

My family traveled to Lexington for the weekend and stayed in this beautiful home. Our experience was excellent with great communication from our host from checking in to suggestions for restaurants, etc. The kids ages 22-9 enjoyed the game room and the home had the perfect amount of space while still feeling cozy and relaxing. The home is close to the downtown and many restaurants, too!

Really nice house

I loved the property when we walked in-high ceilings, nice decor, very clean, and bright rooms. The kitchen was well stocked-we cooked a dinner and made breakfast every day. Enjoyed the hot tub twice and we played a little with the garage games. There were a few things... The pocket door to the owners bedroom does need to be worked on-it stuck quite a bit and we couldn't close it fully. The chandelier light in the bathroom did not turn on. There was plenty of other lighting. We didn't use the downstairs bedroom because the bathroom was across the foyer hall instead of ensuite-we didn't realize that from the description. It wasn't an issue this time because the people who needed a first floor bedroom with ensuite couldn't make the trip. Also, all of the electrical outlets on the kitchen wall were not working. So we just repositioned the appliances to a spot that was working. Kitchen was large and beautiful! I know the owner will take care of repairs- this is a very nice property. We would rent this property again as long as our numbers of guests work out with the bedrooms. We really enjoyed our trip.

Perfect Home Away From Home!

This house is top notch in every way! We had a birthday girl’s trip and it was wonderful. Kitchen is very well appointed. The property was spic and span clean and Seth made everything so easy…he got back to us immediately with any questions we had. The house has plenty of room with very comfortable beds. The hot tub was great in the evenings. Also, the house is in a great location close to Keeneland but also not far from downtown, restaurants, shopping, etc. We all would most definitely rent this property again and highly recommend to anyone staying in Lexington!

Family and Friends UK Football Weekend

Three families came together to celebrate the UK/OU football weekend. This property provided the perfect place for all to stay. There was plenty of room and all enjoyed the hot tub and the garage 'play room'. It is a bit far from Kroger field to walk but we made due. The home is well stocked and there was little that we needed.

Great house

The house was beautiful and very comfortable. Kitchen had everything you could need. Very nice outside area and the garage outfitted as a game room was a wonderful addition to the property. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful and clean home exceeded expectations

Seth’s home was more than we could have asked for. It was extremely clean, the backyard is very well maintained. Games in the garage were fun to have. So close to everything! We tend to have pretty high standards but found ourselves very happy with our stay and experience! Host is responsive and helpful. Would stay here again without a doubt!!

Horse show and family

We enjoyed our stay and visiting with our Lexington family. The repairs we noted to our property manager did not affect our stay. The property is set up for families of all ages to enjoy each other and visit.

Great place for a family!

Great house for the family. The house is spacious and clean, the beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are amazing. A few of the items in the game room are in need or repair or replacement, but that is to be expected with use. The location is great - we were able to get to anywhere in Lexington with ease.

Lexington home

Great property for our family gathering. Plenty of room for our 7 adults and 2 little kids. Big kitchen and big dining table. Comfortable family room and nice seating area outside. Would recommend.

Couldn’t Have Been Nicer

A reunion of 5 guys celebrating 47 years after college. The home was beautiful and the amenities were perfect. Had a great time at nearby Keeneland. Many thanks to the owner for help & communication. Would stay there again in a “New York Minute”.

Great Space!

From the initial booking through the entire stay, Seth was very communicative and extremely responsive. He was also very gracious and flexible with a request that I made. Overall, the property has a great deal of space, making it easy to accommodate large groups. It is also in a lovely, safe neighborhood, making it enjoyable to go out for walks. Just a few recommendations...some board games, or even Uno/card games would be great. Also, Kleenex/facial tissue really should be provided. We had to remove our makeup with toilet paper until we could get to the store to buy some tissue, because we didn't want to ruin the white towels. Lastly, while the kitchen comes very well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, etc., many of them were dirty...to the extent that we would wash pretty much everything before using. Considering everything, especially Seth's communication and flexibility, we would definitely recommend his property and plan on visiting again!

Christmas getaway

We came to Lexington for a couple of days to visit family. This house was set up perfectly. The guys enjoyed the sports package with all of the football on tv. Communication was great. We look forward to coming back.

Lexington Bourbon Trail Week

This property was exactly as the listing stated. Super clean which we all loved. The property is relatively new and in excellent condition. Kitchen was well supplied with equipment. Loved the wine refrigerator. All beds were super comfortable. A couple of minor issues arose and Seth was very responsive and accommodating. Without hesitation I would stay here again.

lots of amenities, very clean, comfortable beds

Our stay was enjoyable. The house was extremely new, very clean, and gorgeous. It also had all of the amenities and was not too far from downtown. If I had to nitpick, I’d say it was missing a few simple things, such as a lighter to start the bonfire, extra dish towels/cloths, HOWEVER, the property manager was very responsive and provided these items and addressed any issues quickly. The garage game room was a hit for the kids, there were a couple of things that need fixing but it wasn’t enough to drop them from enjoying it. The beds were very comfortable, and kitchen was very accommodating for several adults and several children. Overall, our crew was satisfied with our stay, and would recommend it.

Amazing property in the heart of Lexington

This property was just what we needed for a bourbon trail experience for 2 families of 5 each and a another couple. After the 1st day of distillery tours, we abandoned the trail and just enjoyed the amenities of the property on the second day - such was it's draw. The kids were enamored with the game room, hot tub and outdoor fire ring. The game room has ping pong, darts, basketball and fusball. Even the adults were drawn in. The open concept living room/kitchen and the large outdoor seating areas allowed for everyone to enjoy a great time just visiting - even around meal preparations. The kitchen is very well equipped - plenty of dishes pots, pans, glassware - and even bar supplies such as wine cooler and other drink mixing implements. Overall, a marvelous, relaxing luxury space!

Lexington Getaway

Lovely ladies getaway location. The house had everything we needed and was close to anywhere we needed to go. Great outdoor area and garage playroom with indoor games if you have rainy weather. Hot tubbing would have been great but the weather didn’t cooperate. Next time!

Great house!

We stayed here with a group of 10 adults and loved the house. It 's in a great location, close to the airport and Keeneland. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean and well stocked! The garage has been turned into a game room, which was lots of fun! One thing I will point out is the upstairs "bedroom" with the 2 queen beds is in a loft space without its own bathroom or closet. That was the only real downside to a fabulous stay! I think we were so excited about 4 king size beds, we overlooked that set up in the description. The host was very responsive and helpful with any questions. I would definitely stay here again if I'm visiting Lexington.
