Very clean room. Very quiet. Love that they offer a self service coffee and hot chocolate! Close to convenient store. We will definitely stay there again.

We chose this place for its convenient location to Spoon RIver Festival towns. It worked out perfectly for us. The place is just right for 2 people!

Erin was incredibly accommodating and easy to communicate with. The apartment was cute, spotless, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made cooking super convenient, and having free washer/dryer access in the complex was a huge bonus.
