Great location and house! Clean, spacious, and accommodates everyone’s needs - almost like two separate units that are connected with a stairwell. Just a beautiful space with ample room to relax while easily visiting all that Lewes has to offer.

Two words: spacious and clean!! A total of 11 of my family members stayed at the property and we loved having the two levels to spread out and separate a bit. We mostly gathered on the top level which had a larger kitchen area and dining table and a beautiful view of the Delaware bay. The location was ideal - within walking distance to the shops and restaurants and the beach was a stones throw away. For our first time staying in Lewes, we will be back for sure! The ferry is a must do! And we loved eating at the Wheelhouse. The Dairy Queen was a little too convenient if you know what I mean! Once we figured out how to use the elevator, it came in handy for lugging up all of our things. We really didn’t mind having to bring our own linens and towels, but it would be nice to provide complimentary trash bags and toilet paper. Also, the light weight blankets on the beds just wasn’t enough weight. So a little heavier bedspread would be nice. Lastly, it would be nice to add some rugs to the bathrooms. The tile is nice but a little slick and cold when showering. Overall, I gave this property five stars. We all enjoyed our stay and would love to return some day!

The house location was perfect. Beautiful house! Will definitely stay again. Great space for everyone to enjoy the visit. Plenty of room to spend time together or simply have some quiet time alone. Kitchens fully stocked and outdoor patios were perfect to enjoy the beach view.We used the linen service and were to have enough bath tiles for the stay but that was not the case. We needed to wash towels. Also linens were fine but with this package blankets should be provided. Each bed had a light bed spread which is not sufficient for bedding. Also we were given 2 sets of keys for a house that would accommodate families and this was a problem. Besides these two complaints it was a wonderful stay.

Love the convenience of an elevator for 3 floors!

Our friend group of six had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beach house. Nicely decorated and full of amenities. We loved the elevator for transporting luggage and food. Very comfortable furniture in both living rooms too! Bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious. Will plan to stay again!

Great Multifamily Home

This property is just one house back from the Lewes beach parking lot, making it a convenient location for our family to enjoy this great beach. The week we were there, the weather was perfect for spending a lot of time on the deck where we ate our meals and even played games. I was concerned that it would be buggy, but we had a nice breeze each day. I was disappointed that the home did not contain additional dining chairs so we could accommodate more than just 6 at the large dining table on the top floor, where the main kitchen is. There easily could have been 4 more chairs around that table, which the owner could place in other locations to be gathered as needed. The top floor is the location of the bunk bed room, but it is pretty far away from the main living area so putting kids to bed early while adults were hanging out didn’t pose much of a problem. The bedrooms are all quite spacious, and two of the bedrooms on each floor have a large walk-in closet (large enough for a single air mattress - my nephew really wanted to have his “own room”). My whole family really enjoyed this house and the location.

Lovely Stay

It was beautiful, view was great but I felt separated from two of my kids families as they were on the first floor. They always felt like they had to knock to come up onto the 2nd floor. The reason I do family vacations is got us all to be together. Needed a few more comfy chairs for all of us to be together in the family room.Beautifully decorated.
