    The amenities include multiple pools including a water park with large water slide and pirate boat fountains and an adult infinity pool, tennis courts, pickleball, fitness gym, restaurant, swim-up bar, clubhouse and a wonderful indoor pool w lap lanes and an incredible Hot Tub and more!!

    You'll also love strolling along the 3 miles of wooded walking trails.

    6 Bedrooms featuring 2 master bedroom suites, each with new King Beds and Premium Mattresses. One Master bedroom is located on the main floor and the other is located on the top floor of this spectacular home. 4 additional bedrooms including 2 with Queen Beds, one bedroom with a Queen bed and a twin bed and another bedroom that has 1 Twin Bed and 1 Twin Trundle Beds.

    There are 4 full bathrooms and 1 half-baths.

A Coastal Club Parking Placard must be displayed on the mirror or dashboard of each vehicle that is parked on the street during your stay.
    Please prioritize the usage of the garage and driveway parking to reduce the number of cars parked on the street.
    Linens Package Option:
    Pillows, comforters, and mattress covers are provided in the home. However, bed sheets, pillowcases and bath towels are NOT automatically included. For your convenience, Bethany Beach Home Rentals offers an optional Home Linens Package. The Linens Package is specific to your home and will include bath towels, bed sheets, and bathmats delivered to your home prior to your arrival.

    The Linens Package includes the following items:
    1 Deluxe Towel Set per Person based on the Property`s Maximum Overnight Occupancy
    Set Includes: 1-Deluxe 54x27 Bath Towel, 1-30x16 Hand Towel and 1-12x12 Washcloth
    1 High Quality Deep Pocket Fitted Bed Sheet Set per Bed based on the Property`s Bed Count
    Set Includes: 1 high quality fitted bottom and flat top sheets. 1 pillowcase for singles, 2 pillowcases for doubles and queens, and 2 king pillowcases for king sets
    1 Bathmat per Full Bathroom based on the properties Full Bathroom Count
    FREE Delivery and Pickup
    All items are professionally cleaned and shrink-wrapped. Your Linens will be neatly packaged in a canvis bag and delivered to your home prior to your arrival. You will be responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.
    Please Note: The Linens Package Option can be selected directly on reservations made through the Bethany Beach Home Rentals Website. For reservations made on the Airbnb, Vrbo, or any other Vacation Rental Website, the Linens Package Option will be emailed to you shortly after you've completed your reservation.
    Rental Guests can also choose to bring or rent their own linens.
    Lighthouse Club Amenities Passes
    The Lighthouse Club Amenities Pass is an additional fee that is separate from your reservation and should be reserved prior to your arrival to avoid a late fee during the Summer Season. The purchase of amenities passes is not required to stay in the Coastal Club Community. Only purchase passes for those in your group that plan to use the amenities. Children under the age of 5 are free when accompanied by an adult who has purchased a pass. The Lighthouse Club Amenities include access to the Clubhouse, Children Playroom, Indoor Bar and Dinning Area, Fitness Center, Yoga Room, Indoor Pool, Outdoor Tennis/Pickleball Courts and Bocce Ball Courts. During the Summer Season the amenities also include access to the Leisure Pool with Swim-Up Bar, Splash Pool with Water Slide, and the Upper Deck Bar and Restaurant. Club Amenities are not available to renters on Saturdays until 4:00pm during the Summer Season. For additional Information click on the Life at Coastal Club Link. The amenities pass is a Lighthouse Club feature and is not owned or operated by Bethany Beach Home Rentals.

Coastal Club puts you moments from the beach and close to everything you love about beach life. You can easily head over to Rehoboth Beach for the day, or enjoy fishing on the waterways and ocean. You can also explore Cape Henlopen State Park or head over to nearby Route 1 for the area's best shopping. Take the beach shuttle that leaves 1 mile from Coastal Club with free parking and travels to the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk - it has its own travel lane on Rte 1 so it zooms past traffic.

    Cleaning
    Property Manager will provide professional cleaning services prior to check-in and after check-out for the Rental Guest. However, Rental Guest agrees to remove garbage and all belongings from property, clean food spills from refrigerator, counters and oven top and leave property free of clutter.

    Outdoor Monitoring
    The home may have an outdoor and/or garage security camera and/or video doorbell installed outside of the living space. These monitoring devices are for security purposes only.

Very Nice Community

Property was very nice and located in a nice community. Local farm ice cream shop was delicious. Walking distance to the community pool/center. Short drive to Lewes and Cape Henlopen. Close to Coastal Highway for all your needs!

Deceptive pictures

Outdoor fireplace didn’t work. Space heater top was bent and had no propane tank. There was an empty one in garage. Patio umbrella was completely broken and unusable. There was a basket of laundry in the laundry room. There were 6 tv’s. Only 4 worked and 3 of those had very limited offerings. Pictures were deceiving. Living room and kitchen area not as spacious as perceived. House was listed to sleep thirteen, yet there were only plates for 7. And to top it off, it wasn’t mentioned anywhere that the outdoor pool was only open Sat-Sun. The main reason we booked this was the outdoor fireplace and pool access. We will not be returning.
