If you are looking for a home convenient to baseball fields and the beach, this is for you! The home was immaculate. Very clean, updated, the hosts were attentive and friendly (we did not need anything during our stay - they are organized enough that it was all laid out!)

This was a fantastic stay!

The vacation rental home was absolutely beautiful. It was in a nice location and easy to find. The home was very clean and set up according to our needs. This was a great experience and stay.

Everything was amazing. The house was clean and the space fit our families needs perfectly. The house was ideally located and was in walking distance to the pool, basketball courts, and playground. If we ever return to Delaware we know exactly where we will be staying!!

Excellent group stay location!

Clean and well-maintained. Instructions for access and expectations during the stay were very clear. We were here looking for future homes after retirement, and everything about our trip was successful!

Great Long Weekend

Our family had a great stay at a wonderful home. Owners were helpful and proactive leading up to our stay. Property was spotless and comfortable. It was very nice that we could do a partial week, made for the perfect long weekend!

A moms weekend getaway

Relaxing Getaway

Kevin's property was a very nice and welcoming place to stay while at the beach. It was very clean, and it was easy to book and to be in contact with him. We loved the comfortable beds and plenty of bathrooms. We all had a wonderful time there, enjoying Rehobeth beach and boardwalk as well as Lewes and being a short drive away, but also the pool and privacy available.

Ladies WE Getaway from PA & NC

We had a great experience. Well stocked, quality items, comfortable beds. Easy to keep clean, more than enough room for 5 ladies. We prepared several meals together; explored the neighborhood, the marina, Lewes & Rehobeth; and enjoyed the deck on the front. We would stay here again. 😊

We stayed for our son's wedding which was held not too far away at Baywood. The home looked like it was the first day staying after settlement on new construction. Absolutely beautiful set up and very clean. We all enjoyed our stay and most certainly will be back! Thank you for a nice weekend get away with my family and friends.

Wonderful property

Everything was as described and it was a well-maintained property. Very clean. The community is very nice. 20 minutes from the beach and the pool area is a nice break from the beach and I would also add that there are two bedrooms on the first floor, which also make it easy for grandparents.
