Located on the first floor (no lift), the accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 23 m² living area with a lounge area (160×190 futon sofa bed, TV, storage) and a dining area
- An open-plan fitted kitchen, including: oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom with a shower and toilet

The flat is ideally situated in Port-Leucate, in a very pleasant, partly pedestrianised neighbourhood and, best of all, just a stone’s throw from the beach. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…

Water park, tree-top adventure course, water sports, marina, concerts and festivals

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the flat (free public car park 50 metres away).
