Pleasant stay
The service upon arrival was outstanding. We stayed in the Watermill room which was on the small side. Unfortunately the temperature on the 2 nights that we stayed was very high and the small window and upright fan was really not sufficient to cool the room down much. The staff at this hotel were the friendliest I have encountered. They were chatty and took their time to ensure that we had the best possible experience. The food - both dinner and breakfast- was wonderful and the spa was relaxing and clean .
