"Compact apartment with everything needed for a short stay. Hot water is good & hot. Good Fish and Chip shop around the corner (had the Haddock with chips and curry which was delicious and a good portion size) and a sandwich bar that serves breakfast items too (bacon butties recommended). Really good bakers across the road with numerous choices. Close to Montrose town centre and beach and on the way in from Dundee and the North. Benefit of Netflix on site and free WiFi. "This is a fabulous house to stay in.Its big spacious and fully equipped we played on the tennis courts and walked in woodland. Spotting deer and birds of prey became a delightful game. The hot tub was an added bonus which we really enjoyed. The property is handy for all local amenities and facilities including A&E who were very good and quick"

"Our host was lovely and helpful in the run up to our stay, answering questions we had, which made things easy for us. The property was in a very convenient and quiet/peaceful location with good facilities nearby. It was clean and comfortable and well equipped (although we couldn't find a hairdryer which would have been useful) and we enjoyed our stay very much. We'd recommend and would stay again."
