ROSE Vacances offers you this charming renovated studio, adjoining the owners' house, located in a quiet residential area in Les Sables d'Olonne.

Capacity: up to 3 people.

• Bright living room with sofa, coffee table, dining table, single sofa bed

• Equipped open-plan kitchen: microwave, refrigerator, freezer, Senseo coffee maker, kitchen utensils

• Independent bedroom: double bed (160 cm), storage, small desk area

• Renovated bathroom: shower cubicle, vanity unit, heated towel rail, hair dryer, WC

• Private terrace with view of the shared swimming pool

📍 Location:

– 6 min by car / 12 min by bike from the main beach and seafront

– 7 min by car from the railway station

– 6 min by car / 20 min on foot from the town centre and pedestrian streets



ℹ️ Practical Information



⏰ Stay times

• Arrival: from 4pm (not before)

• Departure: by 10am at the latest (not after)



⏰ Late Arrivals

A late arrival service after 9pm is available for an additional charge. Please arrange the details directly with the concierge.



🛏️ Accommodation prepared for your arrival

End of stay cleaning, bed linen and towels included.



🧽 Checkout Instructions – Mandatory

Thank you for:

• Washing and putting away the dishes

• Emptying the refrigerator

• Taking out the bins to the designated locations

• Gathering used laundry in the entrance

👉 In case of non-compliance, a surcharge will be applied (AirCover or security deposit).



📩 48 hours before your arrival, you will receive:

• Arrival instructions

• Your digital welcome booklet: how the accommodation works, Wi-Fi, coffee maker, parking tips 🚗, bin information ♻️
