Located in the train station area of Les Sables d'Olonne, in a quiet location close to all the town's amenities (Port Olona, town centre, train station, large beach), this flat will welcome you with peace of mind for a good time with family or friends!



You'll enjoy a vast, light-filled living room-kitchen area, with two sofas (one of which converts into a double bed), a coffee table, a TV, WiFi and a dining table with chairs, ideal for a good meal or an evening of board games!

The kitchen is separate and fully equipped: oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, X3 induction hob, coffee maker (Filtres + Krups), etc.



At night, you'll have a first bedroom with a 180cm bed (2x90cm), a desk, a wardrobe and an en suite shower room with a shower, a washbasin, a storage unit, a hairdryer and a towel dryer, a second bedroom with a 180cm bed (2x90cm), bedside tables and a wardrobe and finally, a third bedroom with a 180cm bed (2x90cm), bedside tables and a wardrobe.

If you're travelling with a toddler, you'll have a cot, high chair and potty.

At the entrance, you'll find a separate toilet with a washing machine and cleaning equipment.
