"This was our first time in Paris and I was a bit nervous about this. It turned out to be a very smooth and comfy stay. The checkin instructions came a day before and we found everything we need to know on the kitchen counter after checkin. The little apartment is at a prime location where you can go to lots of places by walking. "Great location! Clean and secure building. Was left a bottle of wine which was a nice touch. A few hiccups but the owners responded pretty quickly. Owners needs to leave manuals on how to work the hot water heater and dryer. We couldn't get either to work consistently. But we would stay there again."
