"The location is excellent, close to Trocadéro and the Eiffel Tower, with supermarkets and metro stations nearby. The apartment is small for four people but comfortable and well-equipped for cooking and laundry. The host was very helpful and quick to respond. The apartment was clean with fresh towels and sheets. The check-in process was easy, and everything was clear from the start, including the refundable deposit. The booking process was straightforward."

"Great place to stay and see the fireworks for NYE. Just a one block walk to view the show and enjoy the crazy night. It is loud but expected on a day like that. Seems like it would be quiet on normal days. Added bonus with the incredible view of the Eiffel Tower right outside the apartment. The bathroom in the basement is as described and hard to get to if you aren’t pretty mobile. Otherwise good spot for our 1 night stay."

"The property is a very easy walk to the Eiffel Tower, which is great. But the property does not even have a skillet. There are not enough basic cookware to even cook breakfast. There is only a combo microwave convection, no real oven. So if you plan on cooking, look for a different unit. Also, poor communication with the owner, and there are no instructions for what to do with the garbage. Or checkout procedures. "
