Recently built, this modern chalet is nestled in the mountains above Les Houches in the Chamonix Valley. This home offers easy access to the slopes in the valley and beyond. The chalet is a true mountain home.

Layout

The bedrooms are arranged as follows:
Bedroom 1: Standard double bed, large closets, balcony, and en-suite shower room with toilet.
Bedroom 2: Standard double bed and closets.
Bedroom 3: Twin beds and a futon-style double bed on an easily accessible loft.
Bedroom 4: Standard double bed with closets and a balcony.
Family bathroom: with toilet, bathtub, and shower

The first floor features a fully equipped kitchen with an induction cooktop, oven, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, and breakfast bar. The living room features a huge, comfortable sofa and a Samsung HD TV with Netflix and Disney+. Finally, the dining table is positioned in front of the fireplace and seats 8 people.

The garage level offers ample space for parking and storing skis and boots, as well as a laundry area with a washer, dryer, and drying rack. The heated entryway features spacious closets for all your outdoor clothing and footwear.

There is a large garden and a table on the wooden deck.

Please note that due to the open staircase, this house is not suitable for very young children.

Guest access

The chalet is located in the Bois Rond neighborhood of Les Houches, on a quiet cul-de-sac. Winter tire equipment is essential for days with heavy snowfall. There is parking for 1 car inside the garage and space for 4–5 additional cars on the driveway.
