Bicycles are permitted in the enclosed garage but prohibited inside the apartment. Electric heating.

Shower room (shower, sink) and separate toilet. Electric heating. Access from the living area via a staircase to a mezzanine with a skylight (maximum headroom under the slope: 1.30 m); the mezzanine is furnished with a double bed (140 cm) and storage space.
