La Colline is a lovely spacious 4-person gîte with a large private terrace.

La Colline is situated at the characteristic courtyard of Lavau, it’s a comfortable gîte suitable for 4 persons, but with two people it is of course also a good place to stay. The gîte was built in the winter of 2017/2018 in an old stable. A new gîte, which amply meets all the requirements of our time, but where many authentic details have been retained. A short tour of the cottage:

You enter the cottage in the living room, which has a dining area and a cosy living space with television & DVD player, radio and CD player. To the right is a well kitted-out kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, hob, extractor fan, microwave, pots and pans, utensils, crockery and cutlery. Furthermore, the ground floor offers a toilet and a spacious storage cupboard.
On the first floor there is one bedroom with a double bed of 160 * 200 cm (5’4’’ x 6’8’’), and one with two single beds of 90 * 200 cm (3’ x 6’8’’). The bathroom has a spacious “rain shower” of 120 * 80 cm. (4’ x 3’), a bathroom cabinet with double washbasin and a second toilet.

Outside, La Colline offers a large, fenced, private terrace with comfortable garden furniture where you can enjoy the outdoor living .The fenced terrace is surrounded by a large, quiet car-free courtyard, a lawn/playground and another spacious terrace with stunning panoramic views and often breath-taking sunsets.
